good product
so far so good! i was a bit skeptical, but this mat and pillow does in fact help! i used the pillow after having a migraine for hours and it eased within minutes of putting the pillow under my neck and head. the spikes are a little sharp/hard until you get positioned just right, but then it feels great. the mat i still need to try on a differnt, harder surface than the bed or couch. it does work on the softer surfaces for side laying, but not back. ive used the pillow regularly under my upper back and shoulders and have seen a good bit of relief.

Relief Yes please.
Well done made well – sturdy plastic points are nice & pointy. Cotton fabric. Nice little carrying bag with drawstring/strap. Easy to understand manual is a plus! Felt so good I almost fell asleep.

Takes some getting used to!
Ok this really feels good on my back but it definitely takes some getting used to. I suggest starting out slow and increasing your time. I feel all tingly after and can definitely tell your blood is flowing! It says to use in bare skin but you also need to ease into that. Iâd start with a thin shirt on first. The acupuncture part is prickly but you need to work yourself up to increasing time usage.

A little small
I have been wanting to try one of these for a while. The mat itself is a little small. If I am laying on it, it only covers my back. If I want to do my legs, I need to move the mat. It is also not very wide. I feel a bit like a rotisserie chicken rotating around in order to get everywhere. That being said, I like the product a lot. I used it for about 5 minutes to start and it wasn’t overly painful like I thought it would be. It was uncomfortable but not painful. The areas when I got off the mat were red, which is consistent with what I read about these types of mats. I was not sore the next day either which is something I was worried about. I will definitely continue to use it. Just wish it was bigger.

What is this? A mat for ants? (seriously this thing is tiny)
When I opened this I figured that I HAD to have missed the dimensions of the mat in the listing, checked the listing again and there are no measurements to be found, and I’m not surprised why.We are taller than average, but I don’t know how short you’d need to be to make use of this.Doesn’t even cover from my wife’s shoulders to her waist. Since I got it for her back it was completely useless for this.Of the ways this is depicted being used in the listing the only way I see it being useful is for your feet, it’s actually smaller than a normal sized door mat and smaller than a king sized pillow.

Mixed feelings!
I was excited to add this mat to my yoga routine, but I found the size a bit smallâjust enough covering my back. While the plastic spikes didnât provide as much pressure as I expected, I appreciate the concept and potential benefits. Iâll keep using it and hope to see positive changes over time!

Really enjoyed this mat, highly recommend!
I recently purchased the Spirol Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set, and itâs been a game-changer for my back and neck pain. The flexible spikes target acupressure points, providing noticeable relief after just a few sessions. Iâve also experienced improved circulation and reduced tension headaches. The compact design makes it easy to use at home, and the included carry bag is a nice touch for portability. Plus, itâs FSA/HSA eligible, which is a great bonus. If youâre looking for a natural way to alleviate pain and stress, I highly recommend giving this set a try.

Very Point and Sharp
If you’re not familiar with Acupressure Spikes, this may be a bit too sharp for you, if you have “thin” skin, this may also hurt/bruise you, so do be careful. I think they should have rounded the edges a bit, so they’re not so sharp, but still maintain the Acupressure function to help promote blood flow and relieve muscle tension. The mat rolls up quite nicely and also comes with a bag, which you can use to store and transport, and also has a neck support pillow with acupressure spikes so you can use that for your lumbar or neck. Overall, a great Acupressure mat that allows you to easily store, transport, and use.
