The massage function on the lat are of your neck is far too aggressive! It pinches mine so hard that I canât stand to have the massager on for more than a minute or two. It doesnât really get to the neck, which I why I purchased it.The quality seems fine and the item functions properly, it just doesnât do what itâs intended to do. There are no adjustments that can be made to fix the issue and there are very few customizable features on this product.The heat feature works well.I would recommend a different product.
