I’m liking these so far, though they take more work than my usual Epsom salt footbaths. You’re supposed to boil a sachet for a bit in water before adding it to the footbath, but I didn’t want to put one of these in one of our cooking pots, so I just ran the footbath on the highest temp for a while (have an electric heated one) with a sachet floating in it, even though it doesn’t get to a boiling temp. And then, after twenty or thirty minutes, turned down the heat and waited for it to cool enough to stick my feet in.It has a very interesting smell, it actually made me feel hungry smelling it as it smells like some sort of savory soup. It felt relaxing to soak my feet in, though I don’t notice too much difference from my regular salts, I liked to think it was giving me more benefits.Overall, though I find them a bit of work to use, they’re very interesting.

Resealable area on bag tore off immediately. I am generally a big fan of all types of herbal products, but these smell absolutely awful. Not just an overpowering good smell either, itâs absolutely unpleasant in my personal opinion. The process to use them is also a bit more involved than most people are willing to do. You canât just toss it into a tub of water. You have to bring water to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes, and then add it to your tub/bucket with water to adjust to a comfortable temperature. To be honest, this is way more effort than Iâm willing to do especially when the smell is something I donât care for.Overall, I wouldnât personally purchase them again, and if youâre sensitive to smells these will not be a good choice for you.

Great to soothe achy feet, sore toes, achy feet, or a twisted ankle!
Super soothing and comes in these little sachets that are just right for using as a foot soak or even a bath soak. I just boil about 250mL of water, add the sachet and wait for about five minutes and add it to a large basin for a nice warm foot soak after a long day at work, or makes a nice bath soak, just add the steeping liquid to a bath. Works well to soothe aching muscles and feet, definitely worth trying. I broke my left foot last week and it has been very soothing to the aching foot pain! So Iâm glad I had this on hand.

I love it
When I opened the bag I immediately thought about herbal tea I have. The smell was strong but for me very pleasant. The bags are pretty large, about the size of my palm. It also reminded me of a net tea bag. They were very easy to use and I enjoyed the smell that it had once placed in hot water. My feet feel better after using too. I will say that the smell could be strong for some. If you aren’t a fan of lavender or some of the other herbs used or if you are sensitive to smells like this you may want to pass. I personally found it to be just another enjoyable part of soak my feet.

Wonderful foot soak
I almost did get these because Iâm not much a of a lavender person, but I like Chinese herbal soaks and hoped the lavender was a minor player. I was right, this stuff smells so good, very herbal-y and spa-like. The bag itself is much smaller than Iâm used too, maybe the size of a big bag of dog treats. I think this brand is a bit more expensive than other Chinese herbal soaks, though these also contain magnesium flakes which is a more expensive ingredient Iâd imagine. Overall Iâm excited to check out other products from this brand, this foot soak was really nice after a day of working outside in the cold.
