Great massager, a bit heavy, but I suppose it’s sturdy
I really like this foot massager. I admit I have barely touched the balls, but I use the foot roller every morning and it really helps with my fascitis. I was surprised at the weight of it (it’s not hard to pick up, but it has a heft to it, I wouldn’t put it in my hand luggage), but I guess it is solid. I have had it for some time, hadn’t initially thought to review it and it hasn’t changed or deteriorated in any way.

Iâm recovering from ankle surgery (broken fibula torn tendon and Torn deltoid ligament) The bone stuff healed easily, and the barbell shaped roller with semi-firm silicone spikes was great for ankle movement as well as de-sensitization of the nerves. I didnât expect to use the lacrosse ball much, but on the contrary, my muscles are so tight in my foot right now that it provides a nice massage. The one piece I canât figure out is the hard plastic ball with hard plastic spikes. The only way I was able to use it was with 2 thick socks and even then, you canât do it in the floor because the plastic ball slips out- so on a rug was the only thing to keep it in place.I still recommend this set, because for the price, even if you donât use the third piece- itâs worth it
