I recommend installing it a different way:
I do not wrap this around a bun instead I put it under my bio hair and form my ponytail around it so my bio hair surrounds the hair extension and covers the hair extension. This is the most comfortable for me because I don’t use any clips. It’s also so secure that I can skate in it and do fast spins and it stays exactly where I want it.Here’s an alternate way to wear this:First, I cut out and removed 1/2 of the tracks because it’s too thick for me. Next, tighten the drawstring, then cut off the clip and the combs. Make the part of the extension that sits against your head flat and comfy. Now,Put the top half of your hair in a ponytail. Insert the extension under the top half of the ponytail. Now bring the rest your hair (the bottom half) in to the ponytail so it completely surrounds the extension.Use a Hairband to fasten the ponytail. Make sure it’s tightThis probably only works if you remove some of the hair tracks. To me all the hair looks way too fake without removing a lot of it, but that’s probably because I have very fine hair.This installation method is so secure that I can spin, dance, and figure skate in the hair and it will not fall off or even loosen. Also, I think it looks way more natural.I used the hair tracks I removed for other hair extensions like half pony tails and I sewed some into a hat. I love this hair! I wish they made this hair into a halo extension.

Legit looking with minor adjustments
I have very fine hair and my real hair only makes a bun the size of a tangerine. So if that’s your hair you’ll need the help of one of those small mesh donut bun makers to help keep this in place as the tie to tighten it only goes so far. I’m also not sure why the little mini comb is on the bottom half of the net that all the hair is attached since it didn’t help hold it in place. So I’ll be moving that to the top or maybe sewing another one at the top to help hold it in place.Otherwise, the color matches my hair color. I will also spray it with some dry shampoo as it’s a little too shiny. Love the length and volume it gives me that I could never achieve on my own. For the price and with some care, you’ll get your money’s worth. I’d buy it again.

Amazing texture and perfect color match!
First of all, I love this ponytail! The color was a perfect match, the layers fall so naturally, and the beach waves just make you feel like a mermaid! If I could wear this piece everyday, I would! However, the “second of all”, makes me question if I need to return it! My biggest complaint is that it gets knotted VERY easily and brushing it out isn’t and option as the strands tend to frizz and the waves get straightened. I can’t imagine being able to wear this dancing or anywhere with lots of movements. The piece is also very heavy! The good thing is that there is a lot of hair, but with all that hair does come weight. I tried to get the 22 inch length but it was not available, so the 26 inch is what I got. Might not be an all day wearable piece , but definitely perfect for brunch or dinner. Last but not least, the draw string is almost useless as it does NOT tighten. What I ended up doing is pulling the drawstring as tight as it would go and bobby pin all around it. It stays pretty secure. Overall, it’s a great piece for the price, but probably won’t last more than a few wears.
