Great find
This is a great gift , it will soothe achey bones and help with endema however you must be careful when using it on children or the elderly as the heat and pressure at the highest level can be almost overbearing and painful. I wish it came with extenders for bigger calfs. I really cant see a bigger person fitting this over their calfs, I am a muscular size 16. If you need help knowing what leg it goes to, look inside where the flap is and you will see the designation(see pic)I use it at night before bed to help with rest less leg syndrome, endema and cramping. I wish it had just a rolling option. It makes a mild sound. The kneading balls squeeze your back calf then roll down half you leg

Helps a lot
My calves cramps all the time since for ever.Being a massage therapist I do not care for many of those electric massage products since I have tried many and they end up in a closet and not being used much.Price wise I only gave it a 4 stars because they went on sale 40 percent 1 month after I bought them lol.Now things that I realize about this product:1- Good for any size people.I am a big girl over 230 pounds so they fit.. its a plus for people like me who have hard time finding things that fit for bigger people. .:)2- Both sleeves like mentioned in the instructions has right or left written on it so it does help when you are trying to figure out for the first time which one to put where .3- You need to try adjusting how tight you put them on because if its too tight you might not like the pressure when it first starts. They are like those products you use for your blood pressure. If its too tight when you put them on your legs they will squeeze lots..so just give some space and don’t tied them too hard until you figure what work for you.4- The heater even on low for me is very very hot so most time half way into using them i turn it off.. There is no really a switch to control the exact temperature but i do enjoy the heat because they help relaxing the muscles.5- yes like mentioned 20 mn then it shut off automatically is when you actually start enjoying the massage and relaxing..so it sucks that it only is good for 20 minutes at a time.6- It has 3 settings on it. SEQUENCE: you get a variation of pressure and massage. CIRCULATION: its actually the setting that gives me one of the most work out. It is like using your knuckles and digging into the muscles. So for people that need a deep massage its the setting to use. WHOLE: Its the relaxing style.The sleeves just inflate and deflate like the ones they use at the hospital so your blood circulate. Its good for people who wants a relaxing and light leg massage.SUMARRY: Not better than a hand massage but it does help when you are like me and cramp a lot. The heat is one of the feature I do enjoy lot. And as you get into half the massage you do start to relax.I haven’t cramp so far since i am using them and I usually cramp once or twice a week. At first I used them daily but now I used them once or twice a week. only because i am lazy to put them on lol..
