Magnesium is important in your body, and in a Western diet, many of us do not get enough. This is one way to keep enough in your system. Magnesium citrate is easily absorbed, and gummies are an easy way to take this. However, Magnesium comes in many different forms, and if you are looking for relaxation, better sleep, there maybe other forms more appropriate for those uses.Magnesium citrate is usually used as a laxative. In the dose of this product, it is a gentle laxative. Works well for that purpose. Since the magnesium is absorbed well, it will supplement your diet if it is low in magnesium, which will probably have health benefits. Just do your research to know what form of magnesium you want for the effects you are looking for, they are not the same.As for this product, yes it works as a laxative. It did help me sleep any better last night, but could tell it’s effect after I got up in the morning. It does contain a bit more sugar than I would like, first two ingredients are glucose syrup and sugar, 25 calories in two of them. Because they taste good, and look like candy, be sure to keep them out of the reach of children, and don’t eat more than recommended unless you are prepared for the results.5 stars, good product, works, just be sure this is what are are looking for before buying.

These mixed berry gummies go down easyânice flavor, not too sweet, and they donât feel like a chore to eat. Packing 200mg of magnesium citrate, theyâre supposed to loosen you up, maybe help you sleep or keep the pipes flowing, but Iâm not zoning out or running to the john yet. Tasty way to get in that magnesium citrate!
I love that this Magnesium Citrate comes in gummy form. The gummies are dense, so they do tend to stick to my teeth a bit, but they taste great, and I have no hesitation in taking them. I also like that each gummy has only 200 mg of magnesium, which makes it easy to take alongside other vitamins without overdoing it. So far, they havenât upset my stomach or caused any other issues.

The taste of the gummies was just not for me
Overall these gummies can be really good for you but the downside for me is the taste. For me personally it had like a chalky type taste that I couldn’t even try one it just wasn’t the flavor that was advertised on this for me. So I’ve tried it, but I couldn’t even try one gummy. The product itself has all these benefits with it but if I can’t get over the taste then I can’t enjoy any of the benefits that come with it. But that was my personal taste buds with it. That’s why I’m only giving it a three star it does have all the vitamins and minerals that comes with this but the taste puts it down for me.

These come packaged in the usual plastic bottle with safety seals.They are stated as being made in the US which is very important to me. They taste great, not too sweet but they do contain some added sugar.Two gummies are the stated daily dose, but the amount of Magnesium is a little lower than other gummies I have had.

These gummies taste surprisingly good for a supplement! They have a nice texture, not too chewy or sticky, and the absorption seems to be effective. I noticed an improvement in muscle relaxation and sleep quality within a few days. The only thing Iâd change is the sugar contentâwhile not excessive, Iâd prefer a slightly less sweet formula.
