Really does the trick. My bicep tendinitis is alleviated when wearing this. Even has a narrow pouch on the inside for a thin ice pack. Comfortable to wear and easy to put on. Velcro tabs are extremely easy to adjust to tighten or loosen to suit your comfort level.

Support & Pain Relief
I rarely write reviews, but pain relief is very important. I had no idea that bicep tendinitis could be so painful! This product helped me be able to function. It’s great because it is adjustable at the top and separately adjustable at the bottom. It may take just a tiny bit of time to find the tightness that is right, but it’s worth it! It was very painful just to try to brush my hair and this device has given me enough support to help me get through my daily tasks. The pain had hobbled me, but now I can function again. I highly recommend that you give it a try!

It works as it is designed. I had no issues with getting it on myself as others mentioned in their reviews. It does have a âsleeveâ to put your arm through first. It did get a little uncomfortable under my arm by my armpit after wearing it most of the day. It did help ease the pain and discomfort in my bicep after a little while. I will have to give it a little bit more time to see how it feels after longer use.
