For the price this spray on pain relief is great. Delivers a quick menthol cold sensation. I keep it close and if my knees wake me up at night, I just spray them and don’t have to worry about pain cream or gel on my hands/getting in my eyes, etc. For best results, I reapply every 15 minutes 3-4 times to loosen up sore knees.

I have chronic pain. I get really sick of having to take pills and wait for them to digest and work their way to the area that hurts. This stuff was given to me at a health fair and I thought it was a waste of my time. Then I had a pain fit that traditional pills could not fix. Desperate times call for desperate measures. I grabbed the bottle and shook it up to make sure it was ready. It took about four sprays to cover the pain filled area. The first two sprays were very cold as they hit my skin. After the fourth spray, I was already starting to get some relief. I’m not going to claim it stopped all the pain, because it didn’t. It did give enough relief that I could deal with the pain. When that bottle ran out, I had to find a replacement and Amazon had it so that is where I will be continuing to buy my little bottle of relief.
