Best Scale for Tracking Progress
This is the best scale Iâve used, especially with the companion app that tracks BMI, visceral fat, skeletal muscle, and more. Itâs a great diet and gym companion, and itâs been incredibly helpful for tracking progress while on GLP-1.One of the most important features for me is being able to monitor my muscle mass. Great scale
Great, accurate reads and the bluetooth connection with the VeSync app is great. I’m able to track different body markers(i.e. visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, muscle mass, bone density etc.) by simple stepping on the scale. Definitely beyond worth the price in helping me stay on top of my fitness goals.

Works well, no issues with the app
Been using this for a couple months and I like it a lot. The app is fine, syncs with apple health, but you can see your weight without it. I like the body fat estimates and that it gives BMI (even though BMI is flawed, I’m trying to get out of the obese range and eventually to healthy!). Got rid of my last scale because it didn’t display weight without the app and it stopped syncing with the app, very frustrating.I like the option for weighing pets and other stuff, you can program this into the app, haven’t used that yet but my kitty is a little chonky and the vet said to get her weight down so I’ll start using that option to double check her diet is working between vet visits.Overall great scale.

Good quality, wish it was better
First thing I want to say is that itâs a good digital scale. Accurate and more precise than others especially for the price. Also, you donât have to zero the weight as compared to traditional scales, so less fuss when using.The app connection seems a bit of a gimmick, but it doesnât compromise anything so Iâm fine with it.My only complaint is that it isnât using AA batteries, but AAA batteries. I get that space is of concern, but how hard would it be to make enough room for AA batteries, given that the battery compartment holds 3 AAA batteries? Also would be cheaper for the consumer this way.

I didn’t think I wanted or needed a scale that captured so much data. I really just wanted an accurate scale. The price on this one was really great so I purchased thinking “I don’t have to bother with all the other stuff”. But… (and you knew there was a but coming) now that I have this info it helps me to make some decisions, particularly on diet. For example, my protein % is showing low. Ok I know I don’t eat enough protein but having a measure now gives me thought about way I can improve that protein number to improve my health. So, the extra bells and whistles are helpful. And BTW, the scale is accurate for weight. I’ve done my comparisons to other calibrated scales.Another helpful thing is that my husband can keep track of his own settings because the app allows for multiple profiles. That’s a nice feature. My only suggestion is I wish the glass came in a transparent version. The black is kind of in your face as it sits on the floor. But the main thing is it works well and has great features that I will continue to use to track and maintain my health.

Using it for over than one year almost everyday and itâs still working perfectly.App does not have a way to share it with other users, but you can create another person inside the app so you can store both separately.I liked that it stores the weight locally if not connected to the bluetooth app. Then once connected it suggests to save not synced data and also which user based on previous data.This is superficial and most data regarding upper body estimations are not precise like a one time, but the data over time gives you a good tracking on your body loss/gain and I would assume itâs accurate.
