Q: Why is the VeSync app showing disconnected constantly?
A: The scale will power off 20 seconds after displaying your body indexes in order to save power. During that time, it will show “disconnected”. To reconnect, turn the scale back on and open the app.
Q: How do multiple users use the same scale?
A: There are 2 ways: (1) Multiple Users with Separate VeSync Accounts. Please note only 5 VeSync accounts can pair with the smart scale at a time. (2) Multiple Users with a Shared VeSync Account. Users who create or log in to a VeSync account can create multiple user profiles within their account. All users can log in to the same account (on their own smartphones) without requiring the other users to log out.
Q: How to do firmware update?
A: Please follow these simple steps: (1) Turn on your phone Bluetooth. (2) Light up the scale. (3) Open the app and click the scale picture to go to the device page. Wait for several seconds for it to connect to Bluetooth. There will be a Bluetooth icon that appears in blue on the screen display when it’s connected. (4) Follow the in-app firmware update instruction to update it. Do not let the scale display turns off when connecting or updating.

Looks Great, Works Great, With a Large Easy-to-Read Display.
K bought this to replace an existing digital scale, where the size of the display numbers seems to be shrinking. Not the actual numbers displayed, but the size of the numbers. So the old gets relegated to the guest suite bathroom.This one is definitely better, with much large and well-backlit digits. -Much- easier to read especially in the morning when I don’t have glasses on yet. The actual readings are quite consistent with the one it replaces, be that good or bad… 😉 The clean larger-platform design and stainless-look finish are great too. It’s a very nice improvement overall.For us, it’s a worthwhile upgrade. It gets a solid recommendation.

Love the multifunctions of the scale
I loved how accurate it was in addition to the fact that it was able to connect to my cell phone. Made my weight very easy to track and record all different specific measurements with the app that I was working with. Batteries last long and it is definitely worth the purchase. Bright backlit LCD display is great
Easy-to-read display. Nice neo=tech styling. I gave it only 4 stars as it seems slightly off-calibration compared to my other digital scale and scales in two different medical offices. Reads low by 3 or 4 pounds when measuring in the 200-pound range. Haven’t yet figured out how to adjust for this error.

Works well, and syncs to Fitbit and Apple iPhone Health Apps
So far so good. Easy connection to my WiFi, and syncs quickly and easily to its own app (VeSync) as well as can easily set to automatically sync to Fitbit and Apple iPhone Health apps. Gives you a whole lotta measurements: Weight, BMI, body fat %, subcutaneous fat%, visceral fat%, metabolic age, HR, body water %, skeletal muscle%, muscle mass, bone mass, protein%, BMR, fat free body weight!Complaints: the HR (heart rate) is not so accurate… and it makes you stand there longer trying to measure it. That part is annoying. I would turn the HR measurement off, but I’ve not found a way to do that. They should just get rid of that. It’s not useful information anyway. It’s not like it’s a resting HR. The scale is lighter weight than my old finicky Aria (Fitbit)… and I love that it syncs the data to Fitbit and Apple Health. FWIW, the fat percentage measured by the Aria was higher than what was measured by this scale (Etekcity Heart Rate Smart Scale Model EFS-A591S)… both are consistent in their measurements over many days, but different numbers. Hard to know which is correct.

Very Nice Scales
Etekcity Digital Body Weight Bathroom Scale, Large Blue LCD Backlight Display, High Precision. These bathroom scales look very nice and seem to be accurate. I like that the weight shows to the nearest tenth of a pound. I also like that they sit very low so that when the door is opened, it goes over the scales instead of hitting them. All you have to do is step on the scales, no tapping them before stepping on them. Very pleased with the look, quality and price of these scales.

Pros:- It looks pretty sleek- Great size & big numbers, bigger than on most other scales I’ve seen- I can see my weight in the dark- Appears to be consistent, it does not give me different numbers every time- Seems accurate so far, only 0.2 lbs difference with my other scale & dumbbells- It does not wobble, pretty stable even on my crappy floors- Decent fair price, I’ve seen similar scales go for double the priceCons:- Can get a bit dirty (footprint + dust)- Does not register anything below 11 pounds (1 pound to 400 pounds would be better than 11-440)- Received this item in a non-secured half opened packaging, thankfully nothing is damaged/defectiveI love this scale so far! I would recommend it, the cons are not enough for me to give it 4 stars… yet
