Actually works, No placebo effect!!!
Iâm not usually a big believer in most holistic products, Iâve never really had any of them work like they say they will. But this oneâ¦..WOW!! It took just a few days & I was noticing some positive changes already . But again, not being a huge believer I stopped taking the pills after a few weeks to be sure that theyâre really working & not some placebo effect. To my surprise, they really were working!! So, I have had night sweats, hot flashes & a few other symptoms for the past 10+ yrs. And I reside on the west coast in a small costal town. On one of our hottest days, temperatures can reach 85°F. So itâs very embarrassing walking around town sweating like itâs 110°F. Once again, I have started taking them in hopes that I would have the same results. So, I was extremely happy & very surprised that once again after only a few days I was experiencing some relief. The night sweats were almost gone completely. Now Iâm no longer sleeping in a bedroom called the meat locker & the hot flashes are gone. I am once again able to wear make-up thatâs not going to sweat off a few hrs after applying it. Iâve also had some relief with a few of the other symptoms as well.

It truly worked for my hot flashes!
This stuff is a sanity saver! Had a hysterectomy 3 years ago. Wasnât sure I would know when I was going through perimenopause as a result. And thenâ¦.the hot flashesâ¦.the night sweatsâ¦..yup, I definitely knew. Looked around, read some reviews, figured I would try this. After about 3 weeks of taking it faithfully (with my one-a-day centrum silver) at 5pm every day, BOOM, hot flashes completely gone. I lean towards cynical, so I was like âmeh, no idea if itâs really doing anything, but I donât dare stopâ so ordered in on subscribe and save every 4 weeks. Fast toward to this week, where I was told to stop ALL supplements and herbs ahead of a surgical procedure in 2 weeks. 2 days after stopping and man, the hot flashes and night sweats are back full force!! I will 100% be going back to this after my procedure. If youâre in doubt, try it. Give it some time, but take it faithfully and hopefully you will see the same results I did!

4 Weeks No Difference
I’ve been taking them for 4 weeks with zero change to the hot flashes. I’ll finish up the box and will review again if there has been any noticeable change.***UPDATE 3/6: As od 3/2/2025, I have doubled the suggested amount and have quicky noticed a decline in the number of hot flashes per day and decreased severity. I feel more comfortable now going out in public not worrying about the next “attack.” LOL

Donât do what I did!!!!
I am a 40 year old African American female that recently entered menopause early on in life due to my partial hysterectomy. Upon my first symptoms I noticed a yellowish liquid like fluid that flowed out my vaginal area and I literally started feeling like a easy bake oven every hour and I was losing my freaking mind along in the process cause looking at Google will have you diagnosed with stage 4 cancer on your way out of here and thatâs not to be taken lightly. Anyhoo. My doctor after one look said youâre starting menopause due to vaginal discoloration and also the pain that I complain of from time to time. She prescribed me estridol and I was reluctant to take it after seeing the side effects and the longevity of the medication itself. So I started my own research and came across this gem!!! I read other reviews that stated that women had stories like mine and it worked. I swear after 2 weeks I was praising LORD that there is relief. Before a month No more drainage, discomfort and NO MORE SWEATING!!!!Fast forward to three months later. I got comfortable stop taking them here and there would turn into a week ⦠why because I got comfortable with not having anymore symptoms. That was a big NO NO! Now Iâm having regrets that did that. I started flashing and have moisture all the time down below. Now for my guy that a plus but itâs uncomfortable to be moist everyday all day down there. The flashes are unbearable but now that Iâm taking it as described again the flashes that were persistent and constant are now far in between and spurts but still exist. Iâm coming up on a month and still having symptoms where the initial time I was clear of all symptoms in less than 3-4 weeks. So moral to this review. Donât get comfortable and miss days to Weeks you will have serious regret like myself. I hope I can get back to complete relief or I may have to look elsewhere or even started the prescribed medication. This sucks!! But I hope this helps!!!!

I liked that they were small and you only had to take one daily. But I had to stop after the third day because they gave me severe stomach cramps and constipation.

I bought Estroven because the reviews said it helped with menopause hot flashes and so far it is working for me. I was getting embarrassing flashes every 30 minutes throughout the day and couldnât sleep for night sweats. After about a week of taking Estroven the flashes reduced to 2 or 3 a day and are very mild and I am not having night sweats at all. Iâm not sure if this is a permanent fix but Iâm grateful for the relief right now!
