Great product
I needed to replace the Trader Joeâs shave cream I had been buying for decades after it was discontinued. I found this on Amazon, and I like it better than the TJâs product, which tended to be a bit runny. This product is thicker, firmer, easier to apply. Iâll keep buying it as long as the price stays reasonable.

Not the best but Iâm using it
I have my favorite personal care products but occasionally try different ones especially if they are at a lower price point. Purchased this based on reviews and price. It provides an ok shave but not does not have nearly the glide as my favorite which starts with a C and ends with an O. It does however wash off the face really well and appears to moisturize in accordance with the label claim – so I didnât have to use a face soap after rinsing. Uncertain at this point if Iâll sacrifice shave luxury for a lower cost – guess Iâll cross that bridge when the tube is almost used up.

This is better than I expected. My first use didn’t go so well. I didn’t use enough of the product. Once I applied a bit more, the results were much better. What’s unusual, is that it doesn’t lather up at all. It’s kind of a paste. So knowing how much to apply comes with time.

No Lather
Who knew to look on the back to see that it’s non lathering? You can’t put it on with a brush because it simply disappears. So you spread it around your face with your fingers. It does give a smooth shave, but the whole experience of shaving is lacking. Dinged on the review for not notifying on the front that it doesn’t lather, but otherwise it does give a good shave.
