Electric Pulse doesnât function
I have been looking for a replacement for a similar unit, which I loved and used for years, until it finally gave out. I canât find the same item anymore, so I was hopeful that this one would be similar. The heatMechanism works as expected, and it charges just fine as well. However, there is no electric pulse sensation. My husband and I both tried, after using water on neck as per direction, which is also how my previous model worked. The pulse simply doesnât function, which is disappointing. I am in the process of returning this item.

I feel like that it could’ve been massaged a bit better. This device got hot very quickly and then you have to make sure you don’t loose the power . Very useful and compact device! I have a sedentary job and it is hard for me to remember to do some jumping jets every other hour or so to get my lymph moving. This device helps me to keep working and move my lymph at the same time. Very easy to use and so compact!
