I have been sick on and off all winter, thought I would give these crystals a try. I am an adult, so I take two a day. I have noticed more energy, better hydrated, dissolves quickly in my mouth, taste is great and it’s health benefits vitamin c, zinc, vitamin B’s and antioxidants.
