Great for self care routine
I’ve heard alot of good things about these masks so naturally I wanted to give them a try.The application was a little tricker then normal sheet masks as these are more of a gel then a coated mesh /paper mask however they do come folded inside with liners on them to make it a little easier to apply.After application it was comfortable to wear. I wore it for about 2- 3 hours while watching a movie. There’s no way I could see myself sleeping in it as I move around a bunch ( I would probably end up in my sheets) but even after only having it on for that time the mask did turn from opaque to clear and when removing I noticed a big difference. My skin looked plumper and my pores were alot smaller. It was like my face took a big drink of water.I did not have any irritation or discomfort while wearing it as I have had in the past with other masks. This was very gentle and hydrating.

Good dupe for Biodance
I am new to the Elvira brand, but these masks intrigued me because they looked like a dupe for the ever popular Biodance sheet masks. They both have a top and bottom portion of the mask in a single pack and are designed to be worn for a long time as it will turn clear after a few hours. I will say the hydration effect from the Elvira masks are similar to that of Biodance, but as for their collagen claims, I don’t see any lifting or tightening effect for my face. Rather, it’s plumped and soft from all the hydration from the hyaluronic acid and niacinamide.

They really work!
They really work! I was very skeptical but they were on sale so I thought Iâd try them. I put it on and wore it overnight. It didnât move at all. When I woke up my face was so hydrated, soft and glowing and it stayed like that all day. It has helped my skin not be so dry. I plan on using these once a week and will definitely repurchase

I didn’t believe collagen goes through your skin. When try the mask I believed the difference. That highly moist, hydrated, soft skin is different than other hydration maskes. It is easy to out but hard to adjust. Doesn’t have smell. At list I don’t remember one. Well spend money.

I’ve been using the Elvira cleansing pads with good success and was happy to see these Elvira Bio-Collagen Overnight Mask recently added to their product line. I do prefer K beauty products (from Korea) and this mask doesn’t disappoint.What’s important to know …This Elvira Bio-Collagen Overnight Mask is infused with ultra low molecular collagen, meaning it is get absorbed better and deeper in the skin than other forms of collagen. Collagen is the second ingredient on this mask followed by hyaluronic acid, probiotics for good bacteria, Niacinamide, and vitamin E. Ingredients are usually listed by their relative weight in a product and these preferred ingredients make up the larger portion of what goes into this mask. I find other masks have collagen, Vitamin E, and hyaluronic acid way lower in the list. There are other ingredients in this maskThis Elvira Bio-Collagen Overnight Mask has a beautiful fragrance that smells clean – but if you are a fragrance free kind of person, this mask will not be for you. It’s not a heavy perfume, more like a very clean spa scent.This mask is two pieces – I prefer the two pieces to one piece masks because it tends to fit my face better. I first put on the lower portion, centered around my mouth and then add the upper part, aligned with my eyes.There is a generous amount of serum provided so you may use this on your décolleté (area above your chest) and for me, I apply to the back of my hands as they really need the moisture.This mask is not meant to be a quickie – a minimum of three hours (and even better is to make this an overnight mask). I used this mask last night and did not have to wash my face this morning as the ingredients form a nice moisture barrier that feels great this morning. Because of the increased moisture, my fine lines are noticeably reduced.Before using this mask, I washed and toned my face, then derma planed my entire face (I use Tinkle razors), and then derma rolled my face using a .5mm needle roller – I first did the lower half of my face and applied the mask and followed with derma rolling the upper part of my face before applying the upper part of the mask. Substantial overnight hydrogel mask – not much visual change after 4 uses
The ELVIRA Bio-Collagen Overnight Face Mask is an overnight mask which the instructions say to wear for 3-4 hours. The mask was packaged with a plastic and a mesh type of layer and was very moist. It does have an expiration date stamped on the package – good for about 2 years. It probably dries up if not used before the expiration date. The mask adhered to my face pretty well, so I was able to wear this while working on the computer but it started to slide down after about an hour so I thought I should lie down. I liked that the mask is a bit thicker than some other brands that I have used, which is probably why it stays moist for a few hours. It did start to tear when I kept re-adjusting it. I would have liked it better if the bottom piece were just a little bit longer. It only comes to the edge of my face and does not extend under my jawbone. I was able to wear it overnight while sleeping without it sliding off. Even after it dried out and became transparent, it still stayed in place until I removed it. My skin didn’t look any different or look any brighter, but it did feel a bit softer and somewhat hydrated. I suspect that this is because the mask forms a barrier to the dry air that results from heating the house in the winter. After using this a few more times, my skin did feel better (but didn’t look any different), so perhaps the results get better with regular use.
