Decent Shave but LOUD SCREECHING – Updated Review
Edit: Their customer service contacted me and offered a refund or replacement. I had already bought another razor, so I opted for the refund, which I have received. I have updated my rating to a 5 star due to their quick customer service. With this in mind, I would consider buying from them again in the future!— Original 3-Star Review below —For such an affordable electric razor, the shave works well and fast. I don’t have a ton of facial hair, but it gets the job done within 30 seconds.The problem is that it’s LOUD. The normal sound is fine, but sometimes the device squeals like a buzz saw hitting a metal pipe. It was like this the first few days but only about 5% of the time. Now, over a year later, it does this 95% of the time and often won’t stop screeching. Good thing I don’t take long to shave, but everyone sleeping will be awake when I use this.I’ve tried cleaning thoroughly with brushes and the inside looks nice and new, but it’s hard to say if micro hair dust has caused issues or if it needs more oil, but I can’t get the screeching to stop. I’m looking for a new razor now, but I do wonder if I got a lemon.

Great product for the money
We have had this thing for 5 months now and it works great. My husband uses it for his beard. He tried the noes hair thing and didn’t like it. He said it tore up the inside of his nose. However, the battery life is good and it cuts close enough. Great product for the price.

I’ve owned Norelco, Braun, Remington electric razors in the past and found most them to be… meh. None of them provide a really close shave especially along the jawline (for me anyway).This little razor blew my mind… for like $30 it gives me a closer shave than any of the name brands. It comes with interchangeable heads for grooming, holds a charge for weeks and can be cleaned by rinsing it with water. What a great deal!

It was Fantastic until…
I loved this razor and its various features! I don’t have heavy facial hair, and I shave every morning with a regular blade shaver to get a clean shave, and only used this electric shaver once or twice a week when I needed a touch up before going to a meeting to get rid of ‘5 o’clock shadow’. I kept the shaver clean, and everything always lasts a long time for me because I take such good care of my possessions. Everything was fine for the first few months and then all of a sudden the sideburn shaver completely stopped working. It looks fine and isn’t seized up, so it doesn’t make any sense that it doesn’t work. Then the main head of the shaver started squealing very noisily constantly and hardly shaving. What a disappointment after such a great start.
