Smooth, Silent, and Effective â The Perfect Way to Stay Active While Working/Seated!
What I love most about this product is that you can use it both with and without power, making it versatile for different situations. Itâs perfect for staying active while working, watching TV, or sitting for long periods. The adjustable resistance levels allow me to customize my workout intensity, and I love that I can pedal both forward and backward to engage different leg muscles. It’s super quiet, so I can use it without any distractions, and it’s incredibly easy to operate. If you’re looking for a simple way to stay active throughout the day, this is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

Made for SEATED use
This is a wonderful way of getting more movement in while I’m busy at my desk. The motor is not very loud, and I do like the variable speeds. The mode to use it without power is also very handy! One thing that’s important to know is that this is NOT something you can use when standing. To be fair, it doesn’t claim to be, and the instructions are pretty clear about it. This is for using while you are seated, because it cannot handle the full weight of a person. As for some things I didn’t like about it: The controls aren’t intuitive, and I’ve just learned to ignore what the screen says. I could probably figure it out if I gave it more time, but I wish the remote had clearer labeling. Also, the photos in the listing show the included resistance bands as if they are attached to the machine. They are completely separate, and there is no integration with the machine at all. They don’t appear to be of poor quality, though!

Product review
This stair stepper machine is a great purchase, especially for those who don’t have time or prefer not to go to a crowded gym. It’s perfect for exercising while working at my desk or watching TV at home. The machine features resistance bands and 12 speed levels, offering a variety of training options. I appreciate that it operates quietly and comes with a convenient handle for easy transport. Additionally, the machine requires no installation – simply plug it in and start exercising.

Pretty much moves for you, not exercise, disappointing
If you are looking for something that moves your legs FOR you, then this IS your product. If that is what you are after, then this product will probably not disappoint you at all. However, if you are like me and looking for something to place under one’s desk for exercise, this unit will disappoint you quite a bit.It seems that it’s function is more suited for someone that needs to keep the blood flowing into their legs via constant movement. Personally, this does nothing for me as I wanted some resistance so that I could get a little bit of exercise while at my desk. This reminds me more of a post knee surgery therapy unit. The speeds are definitely adjustable via the included remote but can also be manually changed. Seems like a sturdy product, just not what I was hoping for.

Every mode that uses the ‘computer’ is powered, I prefer the unplugged mode
I got this cause I thought it would be great to do some exercise under my desk, so that I could be a little more active than just sitting for hours a day.I was not aware this had a plug and was ‘electric’ – I thought it would run the electronics itself, but wasn’t aware this was powered.I am completely baffled by the motorized ‘modes’The “manual” mode, HA is still powered.the P1-12 modes are supposed to be different speeds, but I can’t tell a speed differenceadditionally, isn’t the point to use your feet to move it? Maybe it’s for like PT where you need minimal force. However, the ‘unpowered’ version, which is unplugged, doesn’t then have any of the Data, Speed, distance, calories, etc. I figured since you’re pushing the pedals it would be potentially power the display / computer with that. or if there was a unpowered mode with the computer on.its just kind of an odd device. its easy to use, especially unpowered, I stick it under my desk and power it for 30 minutes to an hour and I can feel it in my legs. It’s just kind of an odd unit when it’s powered on and moving for you.the bands do attach to the unit, there are little holes in arms under the unit that flip out, you can connect them to.
