Go to GooglePlay or AppStore, type in Natscent, and install the app on your device.
TURN BLUETOOTH ON
When it’s on, open the app and choose your Dynamo. Make sure you’re right next to it when you do it.
INPUT PASSWORD
The default password is 8888. You can change it later accessing the “About” tab in the app.

What oils should I use?
Our Plug & Play oils are made to fit right into your Dynamo but the diffuser works with any cold-air nebulizing fragrances.
They are not thick which allows the diffuser to break them down easily into nano-particles of dry mist. No water is needed.
When and how to clean it?
Clean your Dynamo diffuser every couple of weeks or especially when you change fragrances or when the mist seems weak.
Clean it by running 1-2 oz of rubbing alcohol through at the highest intensity. Clean any visibly un-atomized oil as well.
Is the diffuser loud?
Not at all, but a low humming sound is normal & it’s an indication of the powerful pump at work. This is comparable with a running laptop on the other side of the room.

No mist coming out
If using the app, check the time & schedules. Set them to be ON right now.
If not using the app, tap the power button & wait for the blue light. Tap the “+” and check the mist.

Clean your diffuser to unclog it

If your diffuser has issues, reset it to factory settings to clear out any unsaved schedules. To do this, press & hold the power button for 30 seconds or until you hear 2 beeps.

Sleek, Discreet, + Effective!
This diffuser is ideal for any sized room honestly. It specifically works well in larger rooms, but it can also be scaled down to smaller rooms since it has different settings. Overall, it works extremely well! Itâs super quiet. The scents this company offers are amazing. It has a versatile mist level. It can shoot soft or aggressive depending on your preference. Itâs nice bc it doesnât take up much space, and can be hidden easily if thatâs desirable. Overall the value for this item is excellent and I use it everyday. Awesome diffuser !

Nice diffuser, but not wireless
I like the diffuser, it is very nice looking and so far has been working properly. I was disappointed that it is not rechargeable and has to be plugged in at all times to work, but I can live with that. It is also louder than I expected, you can hear the motor when it is scenting which is odd because I have a very small diffuser that is whisper quiet.My biggest gripe is that ordering the scents is taking a chance as there are no samples included with the unit or available for purchase, because the refills are kind of expensive to take a chance on. I ordered the Fresh Blue as my first oil based on other reviews, but do not like it; it is very strong and to me unpleasant.UPDATE: I contacted the seller and they are sending paper samples of the scents; not ideal but better than not having any idea. It would be good if they just included these with the unit!

Love this product. Very high quality item, the metal construction feels and looks far better than something cheaper. I just ordered a second one for my office.A couple tips for anyone purchasing this.1. Make sure that the cylinder is aligned such that the top is flush with the base. You can see a notch on both pretty easily. If you press it down and its not totally flat then its not aligned perfectly. The second two pictures I posted show this2. Defiantly download the app so you have have it on a schedule.3. If you are going to use the sample packet of scent do NOT add water. Just open it and pour the small amount into the blue container.

While this thing last was ok, but suddenly it stopped throwing the mist, so it last 7 months, this is overpriced, a bad product, unfortunately I bought two, a lot of money thrown to the trash, I don’t recomend to buy this device, unless you agree to keep it for 6 or 7 months, cheapest products are sold in Amazon, I should have done more research.

Perfect diffuser

Worked for about 3 months
I’m very disappointed with this. At first, it did an amazing job of scenting our home.Then after a few weeks, it kept disconnecting, turning itself off, ignoring the schedules, etc.I followed all of the troubleshooting and nothing helped. I only use high quality essential oils. Now 3 months later it doesn’t work at all. It stuns me that this costs this much, especially because it will only last just past the return period.

Just a price problem
This diffuser seems like it wants to be your first, last, and only diffuser, but it’s really not all that impressive. It has a good amount of coverage and is good for the great room of my house, so that’s nice. But beyond that I have trouble justifying the huge price tag ($200). It would be nice if it had a “starter kit” included with oil samples, but it doesn’t, so this is more for those who already have experience and know what they like.
