Best Product Ever!
Oh, my gosh, this thing is AMAZING! It doesn’t look like much, honestly. It’s a small, dark green, rubber ball that fits in the palm of your hand. (Slightly bigger than a golf ball, but much smaller than a tennis ball.) It’s covered in flat rubber “nubs,” so it looks a bit odd, like some kind of weird, alien fruit. But don’t let its appearance throw you off. This bumpy ball will save your feet from misery! It resembles a dryer ball in many ways, but it’s not the same at all. It’s softer, more rubbery, and the nubs are flat-topped and short, so they won’t hurt your feet. How to use it: Drop the ball on the floor, then (gently) step on it with a bare foot. (Or you can wear socks, if you’re modest.) Move your foot, rolling the ball around. Up and down, back and forth, in circles—whatever feels good! It’s like getting a foot massage—only better, because you control exactly where you’re being rubbed, and you control how hard or light the pressure is.If you have balance issues, sit down before using it. Or lean against something, so you don’t fall. Note that your feet may be extra sensitive at first, like how you jump when someone first starts rubbing your feet, especially if they’re extra sore. Go gently until your nerves adjust, and then you can press as hard as you like.I haven’t tried massaging my back with this ball, although it should work for that, too. For a back massage, my suggestion would be to put two of these inside a very thin sock. (If the sock is thick, you’ll lose the benefit of the little nubs.) Knot the end of the sock, then lean against a wall, with the sock resting against the part of your back that needs massaging. Bend your knees and move up and down, rolling it against your back. Press harder if you need more pressure. A physical therapist taught me to do this using two tennis balls inside a sock! It works great for accupressure, as well as reaching muscle spasms or pinched nerves in your back. I’d imagine this product would be even better than tennis balls, since it’s smaller and has the rubber nubs.Even if you only use it for your feet, it’s a bargain at any price. I can’t imagine how I survived without it all my life! Five stars and highly recommended for anyone who does a lot of walking, or who stands all day. Bring one along on your next trip to a theme park, or use it after a long day of shopping! Your feet will thank you.

Great for foot relief
I actually bought this product a decade ago but seemed to have lost it so I had to replace it. I use it by throwing it on the floor and letting my feet roll it around while sitting at my desk while working. It’s great for removing foot tension in the arches of my feet and it’s just the right amount of hardness.

Effective Relief for Sore Feet
This massage ball is fantastic for relieving pain from plantar fasciitis and tight muscles. It provides just the right amount of pressure to soothe sore feet after a long day. The compact size makes it easy to use anywhere, whether at home or at the office. Itâs a simple but effective tool that has become an essential part of my recovery routine.

Wonderful for my feet!
This ball is perfect for deep massage of my feet. Very relaxing!I wear socks to massage the top of my feet – just for a little cushion.I doubt this will ever wear out – very durable. The chew-crazy dog could do some damage so I am careful to put it in a drawer when massage is complete.

Great tools for every day use
Both great tools. I use both in my massage practice.

Helps with recovering from plantars
Got this and a few other items along with stretches and exercises to help with a plantars fasciitis flare up. It is sturdy and a good smaller size to focus in on the parts of the foot I need it. It’s easy to have it near the couch when I’m watching t.v. and can get some massaging in.

Physical Therapistâs Review
Bought this product because Iâve been personally dealing with some plantar fasciitis pain lately. I also am a physical therapist and was recommending this product to one of my patients that was on the cheaper side. We have a similar massage ball in our clinic that we use for PF pain but that is a little bit softer than this one. Since Iâve been dealing with some pain myself, I decided to give this one a try, but it was way too solid for my foot and it caused me more pain versus some relief. There is better products out there, such as the Trigger Point brand massage ball that is a little bit extra in price but worth it as itâs much more comfortable. This is a decent product, but pay more for a more comfortable ball.

lo que de plano no me gustó es que no indican como se usan, por lo tanto no sirve de nada tenerlos, ni tampoco tienen una página en internet

These really do massage the feet well, and they get rid of foot pain. But the thing is, you need to keep doing it regularly for good results. Some reviewers deducted the ball for it’s size, but it’s not the size that counts, but how you use it.The bigger the ball, the less deep into the muscle it would go, this is just common sense. The small ball is very good at getting deep into the foot muscles and you can go as hard or soft on it as you desire. If these rollers hurt too much, I would suggest using socks, because you don’t necessarily need to go bare foot to get the positive affects of using these.
