Babyyyy sleep after 15 mins. Buy it. Don’t think about it. Spray it on your sheets, pillow case & in the air & within 15-20 mins you are out. A nice peaceful sleep. I didn’t wake up in the middle of the night & I woke up full of energy.

Scent
I love epsom salt from this brand, but this pillow spray has an overly sweet and heavy scent that gave me a headache almost instantly. Just something to keep in mind before buying.

I love this stuff. I have mild allergies and this does not make me sneeze! Smells nice. I’ve used this for over a year now and just bought replacements. Would be good as part of a house-warming gift.
