Shave balm is trash. The star is for the post shave only
Post shave balm works nice, the shave butter is terrible. No protection from the razor at all.

Not good
It smells bad. Itâs not thick and creamy. Itâs a thin shave butter. Itâs expensive. It does moisturize your face well. I wish Dr Squatch would make a shave soap or cream that lathers well with a shave brush. You are better off with proraso or pacific shaving co shave cream or a nice shave soap. I guess if you prefer shave butter youâll like this but donât get fresh falls. It smells like alcohol definitely not like fresh falls bar soap.
