This cream is excellent. When applied, it has an immediate cooling effect, and my pain in my left upper arm subsides. It does have a somewhat strong scent to it, probably due to the Emu oil, but I do not find it offensive.

This cream/lotion has a VERY strong scent — I think it’s the clove component. But it doesn’t linger terribly long. It provided some relief from the pain/discomfort/coldness of my neuropathic toes, though not as much as I hoped for — at a guesstimate, it decreases the discomfort by about 30%. That’s better than nothing — I’ll use it up, but rather than buying this brand again, I’ll try a different one next time.An update: I’ve added a star to the rating — finding, after several uses, that it takes some time for the full effect to materialize; when I wake up two or three or a few hours after applying this cream, the discomfort has been relieved by — again a guesstimate — as much as 50%. Also applying it to some other sore spots, not neuropathy-related, and getting some relief there too.

Made everything worse
I got this because I have been suffering from neuropathy. I put some on in a small area seemed fine. The smell of clove is predominant. I put it on my feet. 10 min later my feet were on fire, I was not having an allergic reaction. Instead of relieving the pain it’s like it opened up the nerves so they were over firing. It may work for someone else, it made everything worse for me, so I am returning.
This bra is very nice looking and that is where it stops.absolutely no support whatsoever. Not worth it ladies. –

Received this product yesterday. Used it last night. Simply put…it did not work on my burning toes. I researched the return policy on the product’s site before I bought it and it states that you can return it. But it seems because I bought it through Amazon, I cannot return it.NOTE: The seller ended up contacting me and is offering me a full refund! Even though the product does not work for me, I applaud the seller for caring about their customers.
