LOVE this stuff!!!
I had the absolute worst chapped lips I have ever dealt with for MONTHS and I spent so much money on recommendations to try. Vaseline made them a bit better but I was applying it non stop because my lips hurt so much. While it helped moisturize, the redness would not go away. It was embarrassing. Nothing was working and it would get so bad it felt like a chemical burn. My lips cracked and bled in the corners to the point I couldnât eat or even talk without being in pain. Finally got an appointment to the dermatologist and she gave me some samples of this stuff. Within ONE day, the redness has subsided, I wasnât in pain, and I didnât need to apply it 50 times a day. This is now my go to, I wonât use anything else.

Accutane life saver
LITERALLY SAVED MY LIPS. Was on month 3 of accutane and my lips were my biggest problem and made me so insecure. And I loved my lips before. My derm prescribed me things but they would make them peel. My mouth constantly hurt and it hurt to laugh. Nothing would keep them moisturized enough. I used this and literally within one day they were better. My lips look like how they did pre accutane and i could not be happier. Literally just get this it is so good.

Miracle product for dry winter lips
This is truly a miracle product for dry winter lips. I get stinging, flaky lips that constantly feel tight 3/4 of the year and one swipe of this before bed has fixed that. I only use it once a day, although it says it’s safe to use more. It’s not the most moisturizing lip balm, more waxy, but the hydrocortisone does the trick.

EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED âWhen nothing else works!â
I suffered from SEVERELY chapped lips for months from cold Indiana winter weather. I tried all of the recommendations I could find and nothing worked! Cortibalm was recommended by my mother in law and it has been a life saver!!!! I applied 3 times daily for 3 days and my lips were completely healed. After a month of use, I only have to apply once a day. I highly recommend to anyone suffering from chapped lips. You will not be disappointed!

Not Full of Balm
2.3.25 UPDATE:Ordered another 3pk and waited until I opened the last one before doing this updated review. The good news is all three tubes were full of balm and the packaging was fine.This leads me to think that maybe it was the “heat” of summer that caused issues with my first purchase. Therefore I upped my overall rating from a 2 stars to 4 stars.This was recommended to me by my doctor for Cheilitis and I could only find online where I ordered a 3pk.Came in padded envelope and first thing I noticed was gunk on the interior of the product’s packaging, which led me to believe it was not “sealed” properly. Then each balm had some gunk on it as well. Seal is useless and should be better, as this product is going on your lips.As you can see in the pics, I did not get a “full” container of lip balm on any of the three. So either they melted or weren’t filled properly. Either way, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED as these average out to $6.82 each, w/tax!! So yes, I feel cheated.I knocked off three stars due to the seal, and each one not being full. That being said, I was desperate to get this stuff on my lips so it could start working….and IT DOES WORK. Today my lips feel better and it does stay on longer than anything else I’ve used.

Got rid of the feeling of swelling.
I developed an annoying feeling in my lips that they were swollen (they weren’t). My dermatologist suggested this for me and it did the trick with 1 or 2 applications a day for a few weeks. Other over the counter lip balms I tried did nothing.

I really wanted this product to work as nothing else had and I bought it out of desperation based on othersâ reviews claiming it was virtually miraculous. After applying it diligently multiple times a day to fix very dehydrated lips (due to hormonal changes), I saw absolutely no effect after a couple of weeks. Unfortunately this was a waste of time and money.Back to the old Lucas Pawpaw ointment!
