I donât think I will be getting this anymore. The formula has totally changed. This was what it was previously Vit D 25mcg, Vit B6 1.7 mg, magnesium 400 mg.

New Formula IS better. Hereâs why.
One stars are wrong and donât look at labels.Iâve seen people giving one star reviews for this new formula because the âreduced amount of mgâ of magnesium.What they arenât noticing is that the 400mg formula they are referencing has a serving size of 5 capsules. The new formula is 1 capsule. If you were taking 1 capsule of the old formula you would only get 80mg magnesium. 1 capsule here is 120mg.Then there is now zinc added which is not in the old formula.The price hasnât changed either so for my buck I think this is a better deal.I donât have any affiliation with this company or Dr. Berg. I do use this magnesium and saw the change. When I noticed others poo pooing it I had to dig further and found the actual labels telling a different story. Itâs a bummer those reviewers are missing out.
