works great for my chrons, 20,000iu a day, cut out some of my other prescriptions, dr says it works, keep up the good work, folks don’t take the store brands they don’t work, believe me, dr berg knows what he is talking about, for amazon, great fast delivery as usual. Be healthy everyone, shalom.

Worked TOO well
Worked a little too well. I took one per day of the 10000 IU. Did my labs and my Vitamin D levels were 125. The upper limit of the range was 30, so I was 4x over the upper limit. I’ve felt fine for many months, but I started noticing slight kidney pain, which I no longer have since I stopped taking this. Great product, just be very careful if you take the 10,000 IU.

Nice combo
These capsules get stuck in my throat. It took way to long to swallow one of these down my throat. They keep getting stuck and it caused me to vomit in order to get it unstuck. I don’t know if I should buy another brand that have smaller gel caps or take the risk of choking on these every time I try to use them. I know I can’t be the only one this is happening too.

Great costumer service
For days, I experienced nausea and an upset stomach. I finally realized that on the days I took one of these pills, I felt that way, but when I didnât take any, I felt fine. I love Dr. Berg and have watched almost all of his videos, but Iâm not sure if itâs the type of magnesium or zinc causing this or something else. They need to reformulate it so that it’s easier on everyoneâs stomach.Update:So their costumer service has reached out to me and was very understanding so they issued me a refund.

Good combo supplement
I like that this supplement includes zinc and other things the body needs to utilize the vitamin D3. And it has some magnesium, which most people are deficient in.

Vitamin D deficiency
I have 2 brands I was taking. A capsule with powder and an oil capsule. At 5000 units. My initial bloodwork show a massive deficiency and I was written a prescription for D2 25,000 units once a week. I had a copay of 14.00 on the D2 and could not get it switched to D3 so I dropped the prescription and bought this brand and another and took 5000 units once a day for over a year. Now my vitamin D is on the opposite side of the bloodwork spectrum.I was shocked when I got my test results back. I have to back off because my vitamin D is way over on the opposite side of the safe range.And I don’t know which one or if both pills contributed equally.But my review is to convey that the pills really work. I honestly didn’t have much faith.
