Went from Pixie to Rapunzel!
Iâve never done extensions before so this review is going to be pretty extensive but so worth it!!How many packs I used and of what (each pack came with 6 extra tapes and cute lashes!):- 2 of the 20 pc 20 inch packs in no2- 2 of the 20 pc 18 inch packs in no2- 1.5 of the 20 pc 18 inch packs in no2 balayage* the packs sometimes came with extra pieces so that was really nice! I went from a pixie to a full head so if your hair is longer or thinner, you wonât need as many. I love a full look (since my hair is naturally thick, itâs the only way to make it look natural)* the hair is also SO soft and luxurious. And they have a slight wave when wet. They hold curls/waves really well even if itâs just from a braid. I put hair oil on the mids and ends ever night and braid or twist them, securing with a scrunchie & wearing a bonnet in order to protect both my hair and the extensions.Instillation/Take out:-At first, I only bought balayage packs (6 of them) and did that around my whole head (seen in picture where my bangs are out) and it was super easy! I definitely recommend projecting your phone screen onto a laptop or TV if you can so you can see the back if youâre doing it yourself!-It came out really well the first time but because of the color, the back didnât blend as nicely since the blonde made it look choppy. Because of this, I had to remove them in like a week because I didnât want to go out in public with the back all wonky looking.-Take out was a pain in the butt. I only used rubbing alcohol and it left a lot of residue in my hair and I ended up pulling out a lot of hair. But again my hair is super thick so I didnât mind it. I definitely recommend getting a tape in removing serum or something other than alcohol to get all the tape out.- I reused some of the balayage tapes the second time around (the picture in all black) but because I didnât used a good serum to remove the tapes, I had to pull the old tapes off by hand which was definitely a huge pain and added about an hour to my re-instillation process.The roots:Lastly, theyâre not completely âseamlessâ. The definitely have a shine to them but as long as you have *enough* hair covering it consistently, you wonât be able to see them at all! My issue is that I didnât realize that the hair on the top of the back of my head lays awkwardly so I put a tape under where I thought my hair would be but it ended up being completely exposed 𥲠but itâs the back of my head and not my problem!Anyway overall I definitely love them! And Iâll be buying more in the future for sure. I have already recommended them to other people too. Iâm not sure how well theyâd do over time as Iâve had them in for about two weeks now, but so far theyâre holding steady!

So I have ordered and returned about 30 brands of hair from Amazon in the past year, trying to find the right color and quality. Let me tell you that I wonât be doing that anymore because THESE ARE IT.Iâve been wearing extensions for about 15 years, have done them myself and gotten them professionally done at a salon. I know what quality looks and feels like.So here are the details: these are as advertised. They donât come out of the pack crinkled and with an annoying bend. That bend in the hair when you take it out isnât a good sign. Quality double weft remy hair should bounce back the second you take it out of the pack and fall naturally. Which, these absolutely did.They have a strong wide strip where the hair is woven together and the tape is attached – cheap extensions have thin ones that bend and curl after the first use and removal. This ensures they lay flat on your head and donât shed.The hair itself is thick all the way down, and the ends are very naturally trimmed – I didnât even have to blend and cut the layers. The weight and length is as advertised – I measure and weigh the packs because lesser known sellers really like to say 50g and realistically stick you with 30-40g.I have thick shoulder length hair – 3 packs was the perfect amount to do a full head of extensions. I have an extra pack just in case I start noticing that the hair needs a bit more volume in a place or doesnât quite fall naturally.Now letâs talk about the color. When you get extensions and youâre trying to blend it into a balayage specifically – this is insanely hard because often the color is blunt and blocky. These have a perfect blending line. When installed in a bricking technique, the balayage falls absolutely perfectly with a very subtle and smooth blend and beautiful highlight. Color was absolutely as described and pictured.Overall 10/10. The only test that remains is itâs longevity, but you can generally tell how long a set will last by the way the hair falls because it tells you about thickness and elasticity. I expect 8-12 months out of these and have no doubt Iâll get it. I donât heat style my hair after using a blow dry brush, just let it fall naturally and use lightweight conditioner and serum. Will update at 6 and 8 month mark.UPDATE: The first set did not survive my changing haircolor which I didnât expect it to. Iâve ordered a second set in my new color and these are hands down the best right out of the box extensions. They feel so heavy and thick and silky. They are smooth when installed and do not mat.Update over a year later: bought another set. Still obsessed and so happy. These air dry pretty, you can tell that all hair follicles face the same way and donât frizz. Incredibly shiny after many washes. If I could double the stars I give this I would.

Absolutely LOVE this hair! Been having hair extensions for the past 3 years, trying new hair extensions, and none have ever held well, or kept in good condition no matter how much I look after it, until I came across this amazing hair. Iâve had it in 3 months so far, the glue on the tapes is so strong. And the quality of the hair is just AMAZING. So soft, as well as thick. I brought a pack of 40 and then a pack of 20, as Iâve brought previous hair and it was so thin. I only had to use the pack of 40 and less than half of the pack off 20 for a full head because the tapes there-self are so thick! Theyâre honestly amazing and such an amazing price! Youâre defiantly getting your moneys worth! And they also threw in a pair of free lashes! I now will never go anywhere else for my hairð«¶ð¼

Tolle Extensions, die nicht verfilzen. Ich habe sie gefärbt, aber die Tapes neu gemacht von einer anderen Firma. Fand die Klebekraft der bereits befestigten Tapes nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend. Mit der richtigen Pflege sehen sie super aus und werden hoffentlich lange halten. Der Preis ist auch unschlagbar.
