Very comfortable
I have been dealing with neck pain a lot off and on for 20+ years. Had surgery 2 years ago and still have a lot of pain. 3 months ago I woke up in severe pain and nothing was helping, I have pain meds, muscle relaxers and nerve pain meds but that didnât stop it. A friend told me about this pillow so I decided to try it, even tho I had already bought 4 different pillows in last 3 months. The first night I had this pillow I slept 9 hours undisturbed. First time that had happened in years. I have had this pillow a week now and I love it so much I could marry it lol.

Great for head and neck support
This odd shaped pillow actually really does work to support the neck and head, if you use it as they illustrate. The material is not the softest, but it is crisp, and the pillow holds its shape, seems durable, and is easy to clean. The “ear hole” doesn’t work for me at all, but I will note that it is the same design as most pillows that purport to accommodate ears. Must be some really tiny ears out there, because mine sure don’t fit and the material in the ear hole kinds of wads up and isn’t particularly comfortable. However, what does work for my ears is scooting the pillow up a bit so that the curve clears the ear. I didn’t realize how much support to the head and neck would relieve pressure on the ear. It also seems to help reduce numbness in my arms and shoulders. Because of these unanticipated but welcome benefits, I highly recommend.Update: Where was this pillow all my life? The long side keeps my back nice and cozy warm and supported, and the shorter side is still long enough to cuddle up. It also softened up after one night to just right. My DH prefers the previous smaller version of this same pillow, but he’s nuts, this one is wonderful.

Nice design- needs more stuffing
I have had two neck surgeries, so finding a pillow that is comfortable and offers enough support is important. Iâve bought dozens of different pillows over the years with no success. I took a chance on this one because Iâve always been a side sleeper and the design was interesting.I think this pillow has the potential to be the one of the best side sleepers on the market if three things were changed.- Definitely needs more stuffing, thereâs just not enough. No support in the neck area, as soon as I laid down it was cloth touching cloth with no stuffing in between. I happen to have some stuffing, so Iâll be adding some to mine to correct.- I wish it was just a little bit bigger all the way around. The short side feels awkward, needs to be a bit longer.- An extra pillowcase, or an option to buy one would be fantastic!

One week after receiving
Itâs been just over a week of sleeping on this pillow. At first I tried to sleep with just this pillow, but it was too flat. I realize now that this is NOT a design flaw. I believe that it is intended to be laid on top of another pillow. This creates a hollow for your arm to slip under and takes the pressure off of your shoulder. Once I realized that I have slept wonderfully and no longer wake up with headaches, neck aches, and shoulder pain. Absolutely worth it. The only thing I dislike is its appearance and inability to disguise it when making the bed in the morning.

The seams are very uncomfortable.
The cover of this pillow is scratchy, not soft like a pillowcase ought to be. Without the cover,It is comfortable to sleep with, but the indention for the ear is 2 inches above my ear. Itâs made for somebody with a neck at least6 inches long. But it is very soft, except for where the seams are, and Iâm keeping it, but when I find a better pillow, the cat can have it.

4 Months Later – the Good and the Bad
I have tried many different types of pillows from super expensive gel-filled cooling pillows, My Pillows, the specialized “rolling hills” type of pillows, down-filled, flat, fluffy, hard, lumpy, etc., to help alleviate my morning neck pain. I primarily sleep on my side with a body pillow and toss and turn until I fall asleep.The Good: – Inexpensive (dare I say cheap) – Mostly comfortable (at first – more on this later). I like the design of the pillow regarding the different lengths of front and back. The shorter front does not interfere with my body pillow and allows me to comfortably position my arms. The longer back keeps me on my side and helps prevent snoring.The Bad:- Cheap- After 4 months the pillowcase has “pilled” all over and is getting thinner and thinner. – HUGE pain in the neck (pun intended) to remove and replace on the pillow. – The pillow material is breaking down very quickly and will need to be replaced soon. – The center snap in the center hole can sometimes press on my ear if my arm is in the right place.I will be looking for another pillow in this style but will not purchase from this vendor. Hopefully will find a better quality one.

Like being held, I 90% love it
Absolutely love this pillow. I have never slept so well. I love how if feels like I’m being held. However, 2 small things keep this from being a 5 star review. Firstly, the pillowcase is so stiff and difficult to sleep on. Additional pillowcases should be made available for people who have sensory issues or prefer softer surfaces for sleeping. Secondly the height of this advertised as 6 inches is really more like 3& 1/2-4 inches, at best. The fill is quite easy to compress and does not hold shape as well as I expected. I put my normal memory foam pillow under the head part to get the right amount of support. Still think it’s a fantastic pillow even with these flaws.

Works great for side sleeping! The hole for ear cooling is placed too high up for my ear to reach it, but overall the pillow has a loose enough filling I don’t find it too hot for sleeping. I have a shoulder injury and this pillow works great to let me sleep on my side but still support my injured shoulder so it does not feel strained in the morning. Best sleeps I’ve had in 4 years since my injury! I wake up pain free now :)Pillow also works great for propping your back up to keep you on your side, depending on which way you flip it.Has a nice removable cover that washes well. I sacrificed an old 100% cotton pillow case to make a sleeve that fits easily on the top as well (cut off one end of the pillow case to make a cloth tube) so I don’t have to remove the pillow’s cover every week for washing – it takes a few minutes and a bit of dexterity to get it back on after. But it is do-able to remove and wash the cover without too much difficulty.
