Not sure why all the bad reviewsâ¦
I received the diffuser over the weekend and set it up via the aroma-link app that another purchaser said they did and it has been working great so far.It came with the scent named Aqua di Miami which I thought was funny and appropriate seeing as where I live. It was a small bottle, I think it had like 75mL of fragrance oil in it. It smells great and youâd like it if you like clean smells. Based on my current usage time, that little bottle might last about 3-4 weeks. I also purchased the mahogany teakwood scent in the big bottle which I believe is 300mL so Iâm anticipating that scent will last close to 3 months if I donât change it out sooner. The mahogany teakwood also smells phenomenal and very much like an Abercrombie and Fitch store from what I can remember from many years ago. It is not similar to Bath and Body Worksâ mahogany teakwood. It is different so donât buy it if youâre hoping for that particular scent profile.I have a fairly small, one story, open concept house (1,000ft2) in south Florida so my A/C runs quite a bit even in the âwinter.âI have my unit set up to run for 3 minutes and off for 3 minutes via the Bluetooth app. I couldnât get the WiFi functionality to work right with the app but Bluetooth works just fine and I donât foresee needing to make an adjustment while Iâm away at work or anything.I placed my unit inside the space behind my air return, so behind the filter, which is pretty large at 24×24 inches.It diffuses the scent very well as the air handler comes on to suck filtered air into the fan and distribute through all my vents in the house.I have an appt set up with my A/C guy this coming Saturday so he can install it properly, the way it is meant to be installed for HVAC use.In conclusion, it works quite well, even with a random third party app, and that makes it easy to set up, even if you want different behavior for different times and different days. I hope I donât run into some of these other problems Iâve read about because I think this would make a great gift for a birthday or Christmas.If I have an update later, I will be sure to let everyone know here.

May only last a few months
Hello, this diffuser worked great for about six months.We had it hooked up to our HVAC system and the whole house smelled great. I cleaned it monthly per the instructions to make sure it would work as intended and for the most part it was worry-free. We changed scents a few times and the new scent was in the air within a few minutes of the exchange.The problem started about 2 weeks ago (beginning of March 2025). We noticed there was no scent coming from the HVAC. I had cleaned the machine about a week prior, but cleaned it again with no positive results.I started contacting the company on 16 March 2025 and was told the unit might be clogged and to clean it again, they then suggested it might be the oil being used and to only use their oils (that is what we use), and then they suggested it was the scent and to increase the working time (the time that had worked for the last 6 months wasn’t good enough?) to get a stronger scent, they then suggested again that I ONLY use their oils and that would give us the best performance.Upon further problem-solving on my own, it turns out the issue is a faulty air pump that actually is the main working part of the diffuser. I’m sure this is the problem that all other negative reviewers have had with theirs and that TMS is aware that this is an issue with their units.I watched and listened as the pump cut in and out (more out) during the working cycle and did not produce enough air to push the oil up the feed tube or atomize oil to produce any scent. I’ve had similar issues with old air pumps and know this is a problem when pump parts are bad. I have yet to hear from TMS to have the problem resolved. It was good while it worked. I may have to find my own solution.**UPDATE** TMS offered to repair the unit if I send it back to them in Florida at my own expense. I can’t see wasting another $50 or so dollars to have the same outcome in a few more months possibly costing even more.***Interesting find*** While looking for another diffuser I found a similar (just isn’t marked with TMS logo) no-name unit with Bluetooth and wifi connectivity. The app Aroma-Link works on this TMS diffuser too! The app default password is 1234. It will first show as Bluetooth and then you can change the wifi setting to add it to your wifi network. Works perfectly and is easier to setup/change working/pause and schedule times than on the unit itself.

Square footage does matter
Put the first Magic scent through the HVAC, but the scent wasnât as strong upstairs. This is the second one I have purchased for my home which is about 2600 sq ft. Great solution. My scent is Heaven!

I placed this product at the front of my retail store and I havenât smelt ANYTHING. I thought it was just the sent I bought so I purchased a different scent from the same brand and again donât see a difference. So disappointing with such a high price point.
