Perfect for the winter!
I usually take at least a few of the ingredients in this supplement on their own during the winter, but this 10 in 1 multivitamin is super convenient. Zinc, magnesium, and vitamin D are heavy hitters when it comes to keeping your immune system healthy. Just be sure that you’re not taking another vitamin D supplement or multivitamin alongside this because it contains a large dose of 5000IU. I have a vitamin D deficiency so I take this amount during the winter months, but it’s not a dose I’d recommend taking year round if you have normal vitamin D levels–but always check with your doctor.Oddly enough, these made a loud pop sound when I opened them. They smell and taste fine, though, so it might have just been a change in air pressure.The gummies taste like sweet elderberry, and I’d take these any day over having to take multiple separate supplement capsules.

Taste okay, and I haven’t gotten sick yet
I don’t know whether I’m just lucky, but I haven’t gotten sick since I tried these gummies. They have an okay flavor and texture, a little more mushy than a classic gummy, but it’s not unpleasant. You definitely will not confuse it with candy, though!I don’t know much about how these immune things work, but I work in a school, so it’s really easy for me to get sick, and it hasn’t happened yet this winter. Could be coincidence, but maybe these things are really working.

Great tasting gummy multivitamin
These are great multivitamins in gummy form. They cover a good range of vitamins that boost immunity and are good for daily health. The fruit taste of the gummy’s themselves is pleasant and definitely preferable for me then taking the standard pills.The price is pretty good too because these offer a larger selection of vitamins then other comparable multivitamins that include Elderberry and Echinacea. After I started taking these I was able to replace my individual Vitamin C, and D and zinc supplements due to the full daily value already being included in these.

These taste good and come with a decent supply. They claim to contain a lot of good stuff. I can not speak to the effectiveness but the taste and the texture is inoffensive.

These immunity gummies arrived safety sealed, have a child resistant cap, and have an expiration date of 9/2026 (almost two full years after receiving the product), making me think a fresh bottle has a shelf life of about 2 years. Each bottle contains 60 gummies, and the recommended dose is two gummies daily – if taken as suggested, this would be a 60-day supply.The manufacturer has provided a list of the immunity ingredients on the product page, so I wonât repeat that here. Just as impressive, the label claims the product does not contain yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, gelatin, eggs, peanuts, shellfish, dairy, artificial sweeteners, colors, or flavors, agave, artificial preservatives, or salicylates (covering the most common objections to ingredients). The product indicates (via symbols so small I couldnât read them without significant magnification) that the product is gluten free, GMP certified (yay!), gelatin free, vegan friendly (is that different than vegan?), sugar free, and bears a U.S.A. flag. Itâs distributed by Ellumentz Health, whose contact info is on the bottle. Iâm pleased with the transparency of this manufacturer about this product.The gummies are cube shaped, not overly sticky (and donât stick to each other or my teeth), and fruit ( berry?) flavored. I found these to be highly palatable, which improves the likelihood that Iâll be willing to take them.So the verdict? On the surface at least, these appear to be the real deal for immunity gummies – and my 5 star rating reflects that.

Great mixture of vitamins, and good taste.
These little gummies cover tons of bases when it comes to all of the different vitamins included in it, so it helps to slim down on all the individual bottles you might need to do the same. It certainly did for me. They also taste really nice, similar to a berry life-saver, with the consistency of a dense fruit chew, rather than something like a gummy bear’s more rubbery bounce. They do not get stuck to the teeth or leave a bad after taste, which I’ve seen some do. All in all, I think it’s a welcome method to improve day to day suppliment needs. Add in that it’s two bottles, and yes, it’s worth trying them out, especially if you’re looking for a break from taking capsules.
