Love this-Won’t Go Back to Mineral Powder Foundation
I ordered this foundation recently based on other reviews and I really like it. I used Covergirl products a lot in my youth but switched to mineral powder foundation in my 30s (thanks to those persuading infomercials) which I loved at the time (except the price). When I started to develop fine lines around my eyes I found the mineral powder foundation settled into them and made me look older. (I’m now mid 40s). This foundation provides a medium to full coverage (depending on amount used) which I like but still looks natural. It is very creamy, feels light, and does not settle into my fine lines. It doesn’t feel like I’m wearing makeup. I ordered two shades, soft honey and classic ivory (based on what was available on Amazon at the time) and blend the two to match my skin tone, which it does perfectly. I saw online that when trying to decide between a lighter or darker foundation to go with the darker one so I figured I could experiment with what works best for me. The classic ivory alone would be too light for my light to medium skin tone. The two blend perfectly with my skin tone and there are no “orange-ish” (aka oompa loompa) tones whatsoever. If you’re unsure about the shades, I recommend going to the Covergirl website, the shades displayed there seem to show the true color more than on Amazon. I also like the bottle, how it dispenses the product and being able to see how much is left. I use Covergirl Advanced Radiance pressed powder sparingly to set it. It lasts all day with maybe a light touch up with powder occasionally. It does not leave a makeup residue when using my phone, yet washes off easily. Will continue using this product.UPDATE: 9/17/2014 I just wanted to add to my 5 star review of this product. I just now opened a second bottle of this Covergirl foundation. I purchased my 1st bottle in April and to just now be on my second bottle, I am SO IMPRESSED that the product lasted me that long and I wear makeup every single day. I’m still on my 1st bottle of the darker foundation that I purchased at the same time (I mix with the lighter color). I bought my second bottle at Walmart as it was cheaper, but still what a great buy to have a product that delivers quality and value.

My favorite!
Prior spa owner that is getting older, but have a birthmark on my forehead nose, and around my cheeks at the nose. This is the creamiest without oil product that I could find.Even though I am 57 years old, I tend to still break out from sugar products and oily products touching my skin so I love this product. It gives a good smooth coverage and as long as they continue to sell it at this particular store, I will be subscribing and keeping it coming in. With a birthmark on my face naturally I use this product before I even leave the house in some days, I have a redder face then other days so I wear it around the house in front of family because I donât want them to be so concerned.As Iâve got older, I think the red has gotten more red due to the sensitivity, but either case I love this and it works, and it doesnât irritate my skin and to apply it is very silky.

Product comes in a nice size bottle. I can place it in my purse for when I travel. It does last all day . Goes on smooth, color blends well. It doesn’t feel heavy… Overall a wonderful product for the price. The added SPF10 is a benefit

My previous favorite foundation is no longer made, of course, so I had to find a new one. I wasn’t happy about going back to a liquid foundation because I got used to the great coverage of my former solid. I also was confused about this being a tinted sunscreen v. a foundation. But it’s almost as good as my previous foundation! Impressive. It is lightweight and I only need a tiny dot for each section of my face. It covers my pores, blends well, and dries to a slightly matte finish. Now, the instructions on the bottle are very confusing because it says to apply liberally every couple hours as if it were a simple sunscreen. I cannot imagine doing that! This is definitely a good-coverage foundation and, like I said, I only need a tiny dot (the head of a pin) to achieve excellent makeup-quality coverage. I’m glad I bought two bottles because I love this stuff and it will last me for a couple years.

It was new in package and securely taped in plastic bubble wrap to prevent leaking.I tried a tiny drop on the inside of my wrist and blended it in lightly.Super coverage. No detectable smell. No allergic reaction and I couldn’t detect lines or smearing.Very pleased with product and seller.

Shade difference
FYI, the Advanced Radiance 110 Classic Ivory is darker than the Simply Ageless 110 Classic Ivory. Also, I am not noticing the increased radiance that I had hoped for. Still, it is a decent foundation and will use it up.

Smooth and flawless foundation
Creamy foundation goes on smoothly and evens out skin tones without looking heavy. Love that there is no fragrance and has SPF10. Packaged in plastic bubble wrap to guard against possible leakage. The pump bottle is super convenient for travel and for using just the right amount of makeup you need. Highly recommend!
