    Ready to start my cortisol journey detox!
    I just started my journey and from what I have read so far seems very promising. I love all the healthy and easy recipes it provides. Along with the 7 day meal plan being layed out for you. Like I said I’m at the start of my journey and that’s why I gave it a 4 because I believe I need to see it to the end to determine if it’s a 5. I do think it would be great if it provided a journaling template to help people start tracking their journey.

    Great info plus tasty recipes too!
    I loved this book. It was all the information I needed (cause I know I have issues with Cortisol) explained plainly and concisely. Plus there is a DETAILED game plan on how to get cortisol levels under control and lots of great anti-inflammatory diet information. If that weren’t enough, there are tasty recipes that I would be happy to eat, regardless of whether or not I was trying to control cortisol or lose weight and eat healthier. Good job, highly recommended.
