A god send
Such a good product. Gets warm really fast. I alternate between putting it on my sciatica/glute area and wrapped around my calve. It’s the only thing that gives me instant relief. if you wear it while laying down (which the directions do not suggest) it gets hotter on the area of pressure from laying down. I like that it is 2 hour timer so i dont cook my leg.

Small for a Large
The item is described as a large heating pad. I thought it would be the same a regular large heating pad shown in the picture for comparison. It doesn’t fully cover your hip area because it is too short. I am 6 ft tall 260 lbs. it fits me however the heating pad area is too short, and it only covers either the rear of your hip or the front of the hip. I purchased this heating pad because I liked the ability to wrap the area. If you are a smaller person, you may get better coverage. The straps do work well, they can be pulled tight to keep the pad in place. I wouldn’t suggest this heating pad, if you are anticipating a larger pad.

It shows on site that it comes in XLarge but no option for it just large the lettering is upside down if I turn it up right the the white plug in piece will be at the bottom make sure the product is as shows This is Not good for me
