Very, very nice device!
I had surgery on my neck years ago and have damaged areas, so I am getting quite a bit of use out of this. It feels like a TENS device with really good settings but is much easier to use.First let me go over some of the specs. Itâs charged via USB, has controls both via a remote and on the side of the device. It has a number of modes. It has a heat function. It is lightweight and of substantial construction. It is easy to use because the contacts are built into the device and it slips on like a half-collar. If you donât use heat the charge lasts a LONG time. With heat youâll have about 50 minutes. It charges in a few hours. It has settings that are called various things, like shiatsu, tapping and cupping, but I just did trial and error and found one that has a combination that works well for me. It can be set so itâs pretty intense, so start low. I very much enjoy this kind of TENS stimulation as it relaxes my neck. I keep it by my computer and use it daily. It is small and easy to use and there is no complicated set-up to deal with. That makes it much more accessible than other devices where I have to deal with cords, wires or sticky contacts. This means I use it often. Anything big and complicated, well, it tends to sit and collect dust. This is the opposite. This feels high-quality and is comfortable in my neck. The only thing I would ask for is an on/off on the remote. You can use the remote for everything else, but not on/off.Also, make sure the contacts are in good âcontactâ with your neck or youâll get what feels like static electricity. If you feel that just turn off and reposition.Iâm very happy with this item.

Small but Mighy
I was quite surprised at how strong this neck massager was. The first day I tried it I could only use it on the lowest setting, but Iâve been using it everyday for a week now, and after trying the different massage modes at different intensity levels I can definitely feel a bit of relief. The electric pulses feel like sharp little zaps which may be painful at first, but at the lowest setting is tolerable. After a few days of using the massager I was able to increase it 1-2 more levels. I found the tapping and shiatsu settings to be the most effective, while the acupuncture mode was the least comfortable in my opinion. Depending on your level of neck pain/tension, thereâs a setting that may be effective for almost anyone. This neck massager is very powerful and packs quite the punch and will loosen up a stiff neck quickly. I also liked how quiet it is and how easy it is to use. The remote that comes with it is quite convenient as well. If youâre looking for something different than a standard neck massager this might be what youâre looking for.

YEOWCH! Be careful of the neck contact pads!
My wife wanted me to try this device—early Papa’s Day gift—and I quickly discovered that it was like a tens unit, without the sticky pads.My neck issue is not tired, sore muscles, it is neurological in nature (severe spinal stenosis that compresses my spinal cord, and impinges nerve roots in my right neck & shoulder), so this device is useless to alleviate my pain…Also, I have a fairly thick neck (the young lady in the pic on the device box has the neck of a gazelle, so, for her, it must be comfortable to use), and the side pads were compressing my carotids on both sides, making me feel woozy…when I tried to gently pull the device side pads apart to relieve the pressure, I inadvertently caused one of the contact pads to lose contact on the back of my neck—and it felt like I got tasered on my neck, the shock was so bad! And the same thing happened to my wife when she put it on—she shrieked when the pad lost contact on her neck!!! ð³â¡SO…to say that this device is not for me/us is a mega-understatement…anyone looking to purchase any device like this one (or others), be advised that it is for MUSCULAR neck pain only—and for Pete’s sake, do NOT adjust it on yer neck when the device is ON!!! Turn it OFF before you touch it!!! ð«£ð±

Well Thought Out Product
I have a different EMS/TEMS stimulator with pads but I never use it because it is such a hassle with the cables and sticky pads. This is where the COMFIER neck massager shines. This unit is so easy and quick to use. I absolutely love it and I use it frequently when I am at my office job. This device is very well thought out. It is very flexible for maximum comfort and functionality. The remote can be attached to the massaging device via a strong magnet (remote battery is a CR2032).The heating functionality works great and you can feel it warming up within 1 second. Some of the massaging settings I don’t like so much but you can change it and I do have a favorite one that I really like, and it remembers the last setting it was on. Built quality is really good and COMFIER offers a 3 year warranty if you register your product within 60 days. You donât get a warranty like this for most products you buy.

Unsure of the product
I used a TENS unit in PT for weeks after I had a three level fusion (ACDF C4-C7) earlier this year with no negative impact and even liked the stronger settings. This unit seemed like it would be perfect for neck tight muscles. Husband loves it. When I use it it zaps on one side like a sting. Directions say something about âwetâ. Are we to use skin damp or an ointment like product with it?

Great product!
Works great! This has good battery life and I really like the intensity levels and mode options. The remote connects magnetically to the side so itâs easier to keep track of it. I have daily neck pain and this has helped.

Love this product!
I like the heat feature alot, it really helps relax my neck muscles when they are aggravated. I also like the electro stimulation it’s just enough to help when I have a strained neck. Both features help with a strained neck. Excellent product. Perfect size, good value for the money. Works well.
