I have purchased 2 of these (my dog got jealous and chewed up the cords) and will continue to have at least in my home at all times, one as a backup. I have recommended it to people as well. I have long Covid which includes pain causes by muscle spasms all over my body with no warning (i.e. I could just be sitting in my recliner). Without fixing the pain quickly, I will have a seizure. Any time I start to not feel well, and don’t know why from becoming confused or feeling a migraine begin, and I start using this. The pain relief, with the heat being the key, allows me to continue to work fulltime and have quality of life. While this is not a magic device, you do need to learn how to sit in it to get the relief you need. I am 5’8″ and have had no problem using this. This machine is important as my doctor visits and is saving me from have lots of physical therapy and surgery to fix my straight neck. The rolling balls CAN be intense, but more effective than anything I have tried. The heat relaxed tense and spasming muscles, and allows the balls to massage and fully loosen the knots. If it is too much at first, put a blanket or towel on it, but trust me. Use the heat, and when relaxed enough, let the heat and balls do their magic. This product is worth every dollar it costs and then some!!

It’s one of the better seat massagers I have purchased.
Of course, no seat massager will ever compare to the real thing, but the multiple functions, quality air bags, extended neck massage nodules, great temperature heat, and the very comforting seat vibration. I will say that with these things, height issues always arise. They just can’t give them enough range to personalize between body sizes. This one is fairly good for mid-range bodies. I’m 5’9, and the neck seems to be in a good location, as well as the back massagers.The rollers for the back are smooth, and rotate slowly to give that kneading feeling. The neck rollers protrude, so they can massage the back and sides of the neck pretty well. And the air pads for the hips and waist are great – surprising for a unit that is fairly compact as far as massagers go. What I have run into with all of these add-on or sit-on-top units is that the rollers eventually start “skipping” and making a loud clunking noise, I’m assuming from the gears being worn down. I have had this one for a number of months now, and it is not immune. I am starting to hear a small popping sound coming from one of the back rollers and assume with more use it will only get worse. I fully admit that this massager gets used almost daily, so we are putting it through it’s paces.The vibration has multiple modes to find the pattern that suits your comfort and relaxation needs the most. I most often just use the Demo mode, because it offers a nice randomness and rejuvenation program that pulls every feature of the chair in. I was a little disappointed in that area by the lack of programs this remote offers. It really is just the Demo mode. Otherwise, you can turn on vibration, air, and one of the massage modes separately, as well as adding in the neck, but there are no other pre-programmed multi-function programs.All in all, I am please with the purchase of this COMFIER Shiatsu Neck Back Massager with Heat and Compression, and would recommend for those looking for some daily respite from mild to moderate back pains and aches, and overall stretching and relaxation of the neck and back.

Great product, App control could be better
The massager did a great job to massage my back and neck. The app control is very convenient and useful. I have one comment for the app developer, it would be good to have an option for user to edit or manage the saved favorite mode. Overall, a very good product.

J’ai employé ce produit car je travaille beaucoup, je suis tout le temps entrain de courir partout. Je suis tout le temps tendue et n’ai pas le temps d’aller dans un salon de massage. Alors, je l’ai ramené à moi grâce à l’appareil shiatsu comfier. Depuis que je l’ai chez moi, dans mon canapé, j’avoue que c’est un véritable soulagement pour moi, pour le père de mon enfant, qui travaille aussi beaucoup. Ça détend, ça apaise, c’est confortable et facile d’utilisation. On peut régler l’intensité du massage. Changer de programme autant qu’on veut. Ce n’est pas du tout encombrant selon l’endroit où on veut l’utiliser. Moi c’est dans mon canapé devant la TV. Ça masse aussi avec compression et chaleur comme ci c’était un vrai être humain qui nous massait. La siège massant shiatsu masse la nuque, le dos entier (il pétri bien), les jambes, la hanche et le bas du dos, les épaules et le cou. C’est une vraie pepite et j’ai rien à redire. C’est juste une pure merveille. J’adore et l’utilise depuis 2022. Il fonctionne toujours aussi bien. Malheureusement, je viens de perdre le câble 😓. Depuis, je me sens un peu mal et j’ai mal partout avec le travail acharné.
