Heavenly Relaxation
This is a dream. It’s an intense massager in a good way. It does SO much. Other chair massagers I’ve tried are basic with rolling balls that move up and down. This has rolls and punches and squeezes – all the good feels! The pressure is great to actually feel like something is being done, and it’s adjustable. You can also move your body to adjust how you want your neck massage or turn it off if you just want to focus on your back. You cannot do your neck without your back; only the neck can be turned off. The spot function for the back is a nice touch. You can choose all, upper, lower, or get more specific with the spot that’s adjustable. The heat adds a nice touch of extra relation. And the whole family is a fan of the butt vibration.

Low back relief
I have had many in chair massage machines in the past and most never last long. I am a big guy and they just never hold up or provide the pressure needed to get much relief. This massager has good penetrating pressure as it is massaging the lower back. The neck is very aggressive and really works the base/shoulder area well. A request would be that they made a taller version so the massage roller reached a bit higher on my back. I like the corded remote to be able to make changes without needing to get up, and the storage pocket is convenient to reach. I have only had it a week, but it is much heavier and seems more solid than any others I have used in the past. I am optimistic that this will hold up better over time.

a big chair, big on features
this is a very high backed big massage chair that fits nicely on your office chair or couch for ultimate neck and back massaging power, with the ability to add heat, vibration, and inflated air pads for the back and hips for extra stimulation. the integrated remote control provides easy access to all the buttons, with ability to toggle the neck and/or back functions separately, as well as the vibration, back air, seat air, and the like. for this not-so-tall human, then neck massage is quite on point and arguably the strongest shiatsu aspect offered on the chair, with the back shiatsu rollers feeling quite a bit more moderate. a milder rolling function is also offered as an alternative. the shiatsu function has either full upper or lower back region capability as given by its respective buttons, or spot tunability. there are three levels for seat vibration which vary in frequency (low, medium, high) but not intensity (mild). an auto function is also included which offers some vibration to start. the heating is also mild as offered, with a simple on/off toggle.for the features, this is a hearty 5 stars from me. i love the fact that the neck massage is properly sized/accessible for my torso, but also would likely work well for others with varying torso sizes, too. while my sharper image chair massager is a bit deeper when it comes to back massage, this unit will be a welcome addition to my office chair for daily tasks and the like.the only caveat that i can think of, which isn’t enough to detract a star, is the fact that the neck shiatsu option is quite loud, much louder than the back massage option, which is just above a whisper in sound levels.another highly recommended product from a trusted massage accessory brand!

This is a great back and neck massager. You can use it on a deep chair or couch as well. Our chair was not that deep so it worked best with the couch. This does not include anything shoulder related but it is also not being advertised as a shoulder massager. We had bought a full body massager from them, which is great for shoulders, legs etc. It is great for pain relief specially back pain because you get two options rolling and shiatsu. These go up and down which puts just enough pressure to help with the pain. You can also choose if you want to have the heat on or off. There is also neck shiatsu massage (no heat here) and it has one setting. The vibration effects is really good as well you can choose the intensity of the vibration. The compressor feature is also a nice add one but we loved the heat and shiatsu massage more. You also have a remote pocket so you can nicely put away the remote when using it. The heat also has one setting but it was enough hot to make you feel comfortable so it is not a deal breaker for us. My father-in-law said it really helps with his back pain.

Love this. My body does like shiatsu massage and this one does back and neck very well. You do have to move your body up or down a bit to reach high shoulders and really lower back (I’m 6 foot), but not a big deal. The remote is wonderful and the air pressure is a nice addition.The only wish is that if the neck massage is the only thing you want, the back massage cannot be turned off that I know of – no big deal for me but might be for some. I’ve had several other back and neck massager over the years and this is the best so far, short of spending several thousand on a dedicated chair. This one sits nicely on my sofa. Overall very pleased.

I have had this massage chair for 6 months now, and it does a great job. I love how it not only massages your back, but also has a rolling feature, which is great for getting out knots as it works its way along your entire back. I also like the side features which hold you in place and ensure that you are centred on the massage chair. My only issue with the chair is that the neck massager portion started making a squeaking sound a few months ago, which can be annoying.

The massage pad is quite hefty and looks like it should be durable. The materials are all nice to the touch. The remote is easy to use so setup was a breeze. The back massager is strong so it provides a deep massage. The neck massager is a bit high, even for someone that is 5â9â. It would be nice if the entire headrest could be adjusted up and down like a car seat. Overall itâs a quality product for the price.
