This stopped working after just a month! Too late to return
I love the product when it worked. But after a month. The flame stopped the entire thing just stopped working and it was too late to return it. If I knew this I would not have purchased it.

Leaked everywhere
Worked great for exactly one week then I noticed water coming out the sides and the bottom. After about a week it just completely leaked everywhere and I still have no idea what went wrong, which was very frustrating. Iâve had oil diffusers for over a decade Iâve never seen one built this faulty.

Though I wish the manufacturers or marketers didnât produce the artificial CGI images of what the steam would look like. Thatâs not what it looks like but still we enjoy the light on the steam that is produced. It is easy to use and it runs for several hours, so weâre happy with it..
