Keeps you regular!
For someone who has dealt with irregularity for most of my life, usually turning to Milk of Magnesia, which is not pleasant! This has been a god sent for me! I take 2 at night, not even with water like it suggests and the next morning like clockwork I’m regular! This stuff is very effective! Very potent! For most people, 1 capsule would be fine! They are regular size capsules and I find them easy to swallow! If you struggle with irregularity, try this out!

Great Product!
This product is great! Am always looking for alternatives that are natural. As a former NP, I strongly suggest this if seeking for holistic- alternative products. I have taken just 1 capsule before bedtime and in AM, gentle results. No cramping, relieves my bloating after heavy meal. There is no smell to the capsules. I am very pleased with the product, and will continue to order.

TMI- works but beware
This works but as many of the other reviews stated, it would be wise to stay close to the restroom.My experience was this.Day 1 I thought I would just see how it effected me, so I took one, by morning, I did have movement, nothing remarkableDay 2 in the evening, I took two, I did drink more water as recommended. I was up 6-7 time throughout the night. Definitely a difference between 1 and 2 pills. every time I was up it was emergent and cold sweatsI skipped a day – sore buttthe next day (so Day 4)I took 1 pill and then 3 hours later took another (the second just before bed) this was much better. I did not get up at all through the night. I did feel the rumble a couple of time through the night. But not enough to wake me.I had great movement and felt like it made a “solid” difference in the morning and not so emergent.My recommendation is space the dosage out a bit so it isn’t hitting your system all at once and Drink Water!Overall – Happy with the cleanse feeling and will finish the bottle and may even do it again in a few months for regular “cleaning”.

Not bad but just watery
It works, has a slight fishy taste. Lots of diarrhea with ALL watery poos. Tried to other cleanses they weren’t quite as strong but still worked. Lots of loud farts. I don’t want to give it a good rating because of watery and farts but don’t want to give it zero because it did move the mail.

Good for what you need
Gives very little discomfort, it is effective and easy to swallow. No taste which is a huge plus. I like the colon detox one a little better though

I actually purchased every bottle of these. Wanted to see which one I like the best. Sorry to say I canât pick because I love them all! I get no stomach cramps they are easy on my stomach. What can I say but makes doing your business with ease and pain free.Though my hubby likes them they seem to work much better with me. Worth giving a try.
