The star deduction is for base width. I wear a Womens 9.5Wide shoe. With the raised heating element in the center there is absolutely no lateral wiggle room. That aside, the product is exactly as advertised and feels great at the end of a long day on my feet.

Exactly what I needed
I just worked a 12 hr shift on my feet running all night and this heated foot bath is perfect right now. It took about 15 minutes to heat up to my desired temp. I dropped some soap in there and soaked my feet for a good hour before I gave myself a pedicure. I found it easy to use and cleaning was pretty simple too. The design is so cute and fits my aesthetic. I will definitely purchase this again in the future as a gift for someone.
