Constant jaw pain is gone!!!
I found this product searching for a gift for my husband for father’s day and got it to use for muscle aches and pains but after reading reviews that said ice rolling their face was good, I tried that. I have done it for a couple of minutes every morning this week and it took a day or two to realize it, but my jaw pain I deal with ON A CONSTANT basis is gone. It’s like a miracle and I’m pretty sure I owe it to this little gadget! It also feels quite nice and refreshing to ice roll in the morning, my skin feels like it’s waking up and rolling it over and around my jaw and cheekbones is incredible. I can’t wait to try it as a heated roller on my shoulders!

Ball will not sit still in order to get a proper roll with your feet. The ball keeps moving so it’s difficult to get that relief when it won’t sit still.
