Notably fuller lips!
I am 59+ ð and started using this product a few years back. It moistures my lips, makes them look plumber and adds a pretty sheen which lasts for hours! Sometimes I only need to apply twice daily on a normal day of activity. I have tried other comparably priced products to none have the same benefits. I will continue to use and I am enjoying their new shades.

Hydrates and stays on!
Finally found a hydrating lip gloss with staying power. I get frustrated at the current options available on the market because, while they all add shine for the 5 minutes they stay on your lips, none of them actually hydrate your lips. In fact many of them seem to zap moisture right out of them, leaving my always-dry lips feeling worse than before I used the gloss. The lip glosses that everyone called “sticky” were the only ones that did anything to hydrate my lips, and it’s unfortunate that so many cosmetic companies have changed their formulas to the lower quality, drying, greasy waste of money that they all push now. I have been looking desperately to find a replacement for my last tube of Clinique long wear lip gloss, as it’s almost empty and I was starting to panic, thinking I was doomed to a world of useless “lip butters” and “lip oils” that I have to reapply 17 times a day. I suppose I’m in the minority of women who want the “sticky” lip glosses back (pleeeease!)I’ve seen this City Lips lip gloss on Instagram so many times and ignored it, figuring it was no different from all the other junk out there right now. But there’s a new version of the ad now that made me take a second look and finally pull the trigger. It’s a significant price tag, so I was a little nervous, but I was not disappointed. While this gloss is not quite as “sticky” as my trusty Clinique, it still has similar staying power, and it feels at least equally hydrating. I’ve only had it for one day, but I already know I’ve found my new favorite, and as long as they don’t change formula, I’m a lifer. I’m in my mid 40’s so my lips are not as smooth as they once were. This gloss does help plump up the little natural creases in my lips. The effect is subtle, but at my age every little bit matters. And I appreciate that I personally don’t feel any tingle or burning when I put it on. There is a bit of an odd smell to it while I apply it, but it seems to dissipate quickly afterwards, and it tastes slightly sweet, not perfumy like other glosses I’ve had the displeasure of trying out. The tube is pretty large, so I feel like I’m getting a lot for the price. It’s noticeably larger than the old Clinique tube. Love, love, love it. Don’t change a thing. Please.

Great moisture & colors for your lips
Love the color! Red is my favorite & City Lips is the best! I have clear & a light pink tint also! I apply the clear nightly before going to sleep. It makes my lips a little bit plumper too!

Color issues
I purchased the Pink Nude and Crimson. There was nothing pink about the Pink Nude and the Crimson was not what I consider a shade of red. The photographs are misleading. Luckily, I’m a crafty girl and had some FDA approved mica powder that I put into them to get the colors I wanted. Thank God! $29.00 is too much money to spend only to be disappointed. The top of the tubes are the colors I received. The bottom are the colors after the mica powder.The texture of the gloss is a bit sticky and (having lips resembling Kenneth Branagh) my lips do seem to be a wee bit more plump.Update…..City Beauty reached out to me after seeing this review. They offered me a refund for both lipsticks!! I received it the same day. AWESOME customer service.

Doesn’t work for me at age 80. Lol
I’ve been using it for several days and don’t see any plumping of my lips. Disappointing. However, I am 80 years old and spent years sunning on the beach, so I suspect there isn’t a product out there that will plump my deep lines. It may just work for you. Give it a try.

It’s a good product!
I have used this product for a few years. I am a lady of a certain age and my lips look good!. I put a little lip serum as the first layer and then the City Lips product on top. and my lips have responded. I no longer use lipstick just some lip liner and lip gloss or the tinted City Lips plumper and I am good to go.

Nice color & feel
Texture good. Taste fine. Moisturizes. High shine. Good size. Does not plump lips like I thought it was supposed to-like not at all. Love rare color. Costs too much for me to buy again but quality wise I would, I just can’t see paying over 30 bucks for lip gloss but idk
