This thing is amazing! Feels so real I could not believe it at first!
Ok, so this massager is one of the best machines I have bought. First of all, it arrived super fast and well-packaged. It is very compact and lightweight. The instructions are fairly easy to follow and straightforward. It is cordless so you can use it while still moving around if you need to. It adjusts easily to different body types even if you are a bit bigger like myself, it still fits comfortably. Now on to the function itself… It feels amazing. It feels so real that I could not believe it at first! It feels just like if a professional were giving you a massage but even better since you can adjust the speed and you can have heat at the same time. The shiatsu-type massage is one of the best and most relaxing massages. Thorough and strong enough to tackle stubborn knots yet gentle. Also, it is not only for the neck and shoulder, you can also use it on your lower back and waist area which I had no idea about and is a definite plus. The strap is adjustable which is also very convenient. You can use the massage feature by itself, the heat by itself or a combination of both. You can also adjust both those features with 3 options/intensities each to choose from. It comes with a very good warranty as well. So if you are looking for a very good massager that will not break your wallet, I highly recommend this neck/shoulder/waist massager.

This neck massager is a good product. Unlike most, it is able to massage the shoulder/ upper back area, albeit it takes a bit of time to try to place it on the right spots. You will have to move it around, lean back to exert some weight to the massager so it’ll pinch the shoulder area stronger. Heating function is great, strong enough to softened up the muscle. 2nd bonus point for being cordless and it’s removable and washable cover.

The heat feels so relaxing.This massager will shut off automatically after 10 minutes to prevent overheating.There is an interactive element to this massager. I found that putting my hands in the strap loops, while it kneads my neck, allows for a greater range to massage. I can move it up my head and down to the shoulder area.It has a nice weight to it and a very smooth surface.Overall, this massager is great!
