Very relaxing, great purchase!!
At first I wasnât sure about these but now I love them. It may take some getting used to. Iâve been struggling with depression which has led to deconditioning and my legs have been very uncomfortable. These leg pumps cause me to feel more comfortable and relaxed. I really love them! I keep the intensity at 4 and the heat at 2. I use the foot and leg selection together. If you do just the feet, it feels like too much and I donât like it. My only complaints are that the cord can fall out of the remote, they only pump for 20 minutes so you have to keep restarting them, and the cord isnât longer. Other than that, these are wonderful! Donât hesitate to get them!

Well made and does what it is advertised to do.
Just the thing to relieve tired aching feet and compartmental massage. The mechanism is sound for its stated use and provides relief in a controled managed degree of compression. The heat is minimal but enough to do the job. Easy setup and use. I find it to be just right for me. The control is straight forward and east to use. The units fold and store quite well. Time will tell if such a small compressor is durable. Overall I couldn’t have chosen a better unit and the reviews helped in the selection. I wish I had thought of it sooner and have gotten one for my mom. I have done many reviews and as a whole my ratings are good but not without the reviews of others. I buy goods from Amason quite often for needs or enjoyment but not without the help of others.

Quality and features of more expensive units
I’m comparing this to what I experienced during a hospital stay, and it works just as well or better.The ‘massage’ feature on these type of units, apparently can call it a ‘massage’ even though it’s just compression/release cycles, not actually massaging. Anyone new to these expecting the ‘massage’ to feel like hands rapidly squeezing, & releasing muscles will be disappointed, as they don’t work that way.I wanted a device that would allow me to max the compression just short of pain for maximum circulation, and these allow that, and much milder, if that’s all you want. You can opt to just massage your feet, or just massage your calves, or both with a nice range of heat settings.A reviewer complained that they didn’t like the controls, but they are very simple once you learn to pay attention to the graphic that clearly shows what you’ve selected. For example, the intensity levels are shown with bars, so every time you bump up the intensity, another bar is show.Thee modes are basically just foot, calf, or both simultaneously and multiple presses of the mode button cycles through the modes while showing you the graphic in the tiny screen of what you selected. Very simple once you try it.Comparing different makes of these, it appears they shut off after about 15-20 min. to keep the units from overheating. I wish the cycles lasted longer, as I can sit for an hour or more at one time and would like the massage to last at least an hour, if I choose.The controllers on these can be noisy, if you wanted to fall asleep with this on, but laying a big, heavy pillow over it solved that for me. This one isn’t terribly noisy, but it does made a constant low tone buzzing while it’s working.My only real complaint on this one is that I’d have like the calf length to be another inch higher, as this stops about an inch short of covering the top of my calf. It may still be working just fine as it is, so it’s a very miner complaint.The control unit comes just about to my hip (I’m almost 6′) and it would have been better made if the cables were longer since if I’m laying flat, there is no way I can bring the controller to near face level if I needed to to clearly see the controller screen. Luckily my vision is fine, and I’m sitting mostly where the controller is closer, but longer cables would have served to remedy this flaw for those who need things close to their face to see small images.

What I liked:⢠easy to use⢠quiet⢠very relaxing⢠auto shuts off ( I fell asleep due to it being relaxing )⢠easy to store and put awayWhat I dislike:⢠putting it on at first, had to stand up and put it on as if I was putting on a shoe and tie it.⢠with the extended strap, I didnât get the whole leg experience getting the pressure massage, just the sides and back of my calf felt the massage as where the front (chin) of the leg didnât get the massage.Overall:Itâs great to help get your feet and leg feeling better after a long day. I highly recommend this.Would love to have this in a larger size, to where I donât need the extension straps

Best gift ever
This was one of the best gift Iâve given myself..as a nurse and being on my feet all day, some days my legs are really achy. Iâll come home put these on and relax on the couch for about 20-30 minutes..and man my legs feels great theyâre not aching anymore. And Iâm able to sleep better at night.

I did knock a star off for receiving a dirty/used one, but I decided to keep this as I didnât feel like the hassle of returning. The item was clearly used (probably a quick return by an oblivious customer), as it had some white dog hair and debris on it and in the Velcro. I cleaned it off and tried it out. This isnât a device that makes you feel like youâre getting a relaxing massage, but I do feel it works. Iâve been using it daily for a few days. 1.). There is a 20 min hard shut off, so it wonât work overnight if thatâs what youâd hoped for (I did). It would be fairly uncomfortable anyway with the hose/control design. 2.). It is painful above the 1st setting, though that may just require getting used to it. Iâm using at the time of day when my feet and ankles are most tired and swollen. I tried it after sleeping (legs up for the night) and it was more comfortable. 3.). Iâm seeing less swelling and feeling less a aching after a few days of use. If this quits, I wonât repurchase, Iâd look for something that could be set to intermittent for several hours, but this seems to be doing an ok job. 4) once you get the feet sized, just leave the Velcro set and slide your feet in like a boot, then close the calf flaps and it goes on and off quickly and easily.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I just got neck surgery so only walk around a little. Iâm used to walking about 30,000 steps a day and now I can do 5,000 on a good day. My feet HURT and swell at night but when I got these they helped so much! They are not noisy so I sometimes sleep with them. They work very good! Are super durable and squeez pretty dang hard so they are a 10/10
