I think this would be MUCH better with some kind of rubberized wheels instead of hard plastic. I have plantar fasciitis, This feels really good on my feet only had it one day so I donât know how effective it will be.

I purchased the Chirp and am beyond impressed. The three-speed settings are fantastic, but the highest RPM speed is the real star here. It truly works deep into the muscle fascia, providing incredible relief and helping me recover faster after workouts. The build quality feels premium, and it’s super easy to use. If you’re looking for something to really target those tight spots and improve mobility, this is it! Itâs just ok
Massage roller is ok. I used it on my shoulders, neck, calves, thighs, and arms. Not a very aggressive massager. I suppose it helps to get the blood flowing but very little if any muscle relief. I would pass on this one unless youâre looking for a more gentle massage. Build quality is nice and sturdy. This is the only reason I gave it 3 stars.

Works well – consider which one you get
I went back and forth on whether to buy the full size or the mini version. I read that on the full size version you have to hold the button down to keep it running. Because of that, I went with the mini.What I would say is, if you want this primarily for areas like your neck and shoulders, get the mini. You don’t want to have to hold the button when trying to get to those areas. If you’re more focused on legs and hamstrings, get the full sized. The mini is great on legs too but the design and size of the big one would be better for those areas.It works well enough that I may get the big one too. My main issue lately is cramps in my neck, but I also have to keep my hamstrings loose to avoid back issues. Good product.

Awesome massager!
Gabe this to my husband for Christmas and he uses it daily. Itâs very easy to just on yourself and on others. The different speeds are great and the battery holds power for many uses.

The percussion massager has good battery life and applies strong pressure large areas of muscle. Thereâs room for improvement. You have to continuously hold down the button to engage the roller, which is tiresome and sometimes awkward. It is also heavy, so it can be tiresome to use for very long. Overall happy with the purchase.

The only thing I’ve ever found to loosen my calves. Better than Stretching, PT, RMT, needling. Absolutely worth the money.
