Fantastic pillow. They achieved “soft but firm”. How was that even possible?
I bought a pillow a few months ago that I was (and continue to be) very happy with (see my other reviews). My wife also wanted one, but it was a bit too high for her on one side (the high contour). The measurements on this pillow were a bit lower, so I bought one to try. I tried it first to compare it to my other pillow, then my wife tried it.My opinion: This is also an excellent pillow. It feels like it uses the exact same memory foam material as my other one, which is great. The rebound is exactly the same, the feel is the same high quality, and somehow (don’t ask me how) they’ve managed to create a pillow that’s firm enough to support my neck, while still feeling soft enough to give me a full night’s comfortable sleep.The pillow has a very high quality protector on it, which unzips for easy washing. It feels silky and smooth to the touch, and the workmanship on it is top-notch. The memory foam inside is then protected by yet another cloth cover, which is stitched all around. Very nice.When I unpacked it, it took shape immediately. It had a slight smell to it (off gassing from the new foam), but this was greatly reduced after 24 hours, and gone in 48 hours. So I suggest leaving it for a day after unpacking before using it. But my wife says I have a freakishly strong sense of smell, so maybe you won’t even notice. She didn’t.The high side of the contour is visibly lower than my other pillow. My measurement shows 4.9″ on the high side, and 3.63″ on the low side. The high side on my other pillow is 5.4″. I was looking for a lower high side for my wife, so this was perfect.The sleep on it was excellent. I slept soundly all night, and never felt uncomfortable like I do when pillows are too soft or too firm. I could easily live with both pillows, but I’ll never have the chance because my wife took this new one for herself permanently.My wife’s opinion: My wife is a picky pillow person. I have an entire cupboard full of failed pillow purchase attempts (a.k.a. the pillow graveyard), so I was nervous buying this one. I’m in Canada and this came from the US (much cheaper for these pillows in the US compared to Canada!), so I knew returns would be difficult. Well, no more worries.The first night she used it, she said it felt firm for her. She was used to a much softer pillow. However, she said this pillow clearly supports her neck much better, and she slept better than she had in a long time, so she committed to continue using it for a few more days to see how it feels. By the 3rd night she was already used to it, and said this is her new permanent pillow (yay!). You have no idea how many complaints about pillows I’ve heard from her over the years, but this pillow has finally satisfied her. The height of the high contour side is perfect for her (she’s 5’6″, slim). She prefers this pillow’s height over my pillow. She generally tosses and turns a lot, but that has been reduced as well. And I’m not sure if she’s noticed, but I’ve noticed she comments about pain in her neck a lot less. That means the pillow is doing a great job.This pillow is a winner. I recommend it. My wife recommends it. Give it a try.

Affordable, cooling, easy to clean, partner has loved it for 1 year now!
This item was purchased among a few other pillows to see which felt most comfy in bed. I wanted something to support my neck and that was cooling. Hubby wanted a pillow because I was getting a new pillow, and all he wants is something that is cooling (not a picky fella). We purchased this about 12 months ago and he absolutely loves it! Uses it every night, has had no complaints, reports it cools his head well and is comfortable. He enjoys that it is asymmetrical and he can choose how much support he gets. The outside of this pillow is thick even when he drools in his sleep through the pillow cover we have on it. Outside has a zipper and is easily removed, washed, and dried in a standard washer/dryer (even on hot) and fits snugly after all these washes (~1x every 1-2 months or so). No noted change in shape. Foam is not super dense (think medium firm mattress, not firm mattress). Would definitely recommend, especially for price!

Good for neck issues. Has cooling and firm feeling. Only issue is it smelled so bad out of the plastic shrink wrap. So was before you use.

Agree with other reviews that this contour pillow really helps keep your neck aligned with your body to prevent neck pain caused by bending of the neck when sleeping. Comfortably allows for sleeping on your back as well as on the side. Finally getting up without neck pain so 5 stars to have achieved the purpose of purchasing this affordably priced pillow.

Not for someone 6ft and 220 lbs.
This pillow is of good quality, comfort and just the right firmness if you are of a smaller stature. In my case, I found this pillow not to be thick enough to support my neck. It would be nice if they offered a thicker pillow that would be more supportive of larger sized individuals. One size does not fit all.

Best pillow I’ve slept on
Soooooo, soft but not too soft I’ve had a few memory foam pillows and my last one was very firm which I never could get used to. I’d wake up occasionally with neck aches and even shoulder pain (from not relaxing my neck while sleeping).This pillow is like sleeping on a cloud. Very soft, cushions well, forms around my head, but my head doe not sink into it like withnon supportive, polyester filled pillows.Very light weight overall. Comes with a removable, washable cover, but I added a quilted cover for extra softness. Best pillow I’ve ever had.

I have looked at several options online and essentially needed a contour pillow that feels cooler than regular pillows. I don’t know how they made this material for the pillowcase but it is amazing and does feel quite cool to the touch. My head doesn’t overheat during sleep anymore. Did not feel any odor, as I saw mentioned in a couple of reviews as, I’m quite sensitive to smells.
