Great pillow but smelled bad at first
Everything was good except the chemical or dank/wet odor, that was not from the pillowcase (I washed it) but from the pillow itself. And I have to leave the pillow outside for 4-5 days to air it out before smell was gone. The rest is fine, pillow is very comfortable and I can use both sides – high and low, and I can sleep on my side on it.

Neck pain has been a constant for me along with some shoulder pain too.But, this pillow is designed for exceptional support and spinal alignment. It has a unique shape that adapts to side, back, for me and reduces strain on my arms too. And guess what, after multiple uses it has retained its shape and density. High quality pillow and no longer neck pain.
I had neck pains every morning. I leanred that it had to do with my pillows and how I sleep. After seeing this on Amazon, I decided on buying it. I am so glad I did. It keeps my neck perfectly aligned. I did have to get used to it because it is a bit lower than my regular pillows but once I got used to it, I love it. I no longer wake up with neck pains. The product is soft but sturdy. I bought the king size which gives you more room to rest your head on. I have the blue color. I love the pillow and I do highly recommend it. A bit high on the price but well worth it.

Loving mine itâs extremely cold and firm, I used to wake up with pain in my neck but I have not in ever since I got it really helps me sleep like a baby the size is perfect too not too big but not too small itâs just right, extremely happy with my purchase definitely will check out more of their products but this pillow is gonna be used for a while simply perfect.

Very comfortable
This pillow has made a difference in my sleeping. Before I tossed and turn trying to find a comfortable spot in bed constantly rearranging my pillows only to still be uncomfortable. I no longer wake up with neck pain. I do wish it could be a bit bigger (wider & thicker) for those of us who are taller and have broader shoulders. Or atleast straps to attach to your pillows.
