Comfortable neck support
There was a strong smell when the pillow arrived, like all other foam products, but after about a week, the smell of the pillow was gone and I was comfortable sleeping on it.For laying on my back and on my side, this pillow is great. I felt good neck support due to the shape of the pillow. The pillow itself is nice, it’s soft and smooth to the touch and the contours make sense for supporting the neck.

Not as pronounced as hoped
I got this pillow for my husband who has been having neck issues in the hopes that it would help. The pillow itself seems a little lackluster and on the flat side even after allowing it to fully inflate once the vacuum seal bag was removed. For my husband, and for me as well, the pillow would need to be a little bit âfullerâ with a more pronounced indentation for the neck for it to really work. All in all we are mostly disappointed with the pillow but will continue to use it in the event it may end up working.
