I purchased the pineapple and orange flavor to see if it would help my kids sleep better at night and it for sure did! My daughter tends to wake up multiple times but since taking these she’s sleeps through the whole night. Both of my kids love the flavor! They never forget to take them because it tastes great! We are now on our second order and will continue to purchase them.

UPDATE: I recently tried the magnesium gummies and had an interesting experience. Initially, I thought they weren’t quite right. The company reached out to let me know I probably had a “bad” batch and quickly offered a refund and a free product to try again. Their customer service was exceptional—responsive, understanding, and generous.The replacement batch was spot on. The gummies are tasty and effective. Overall, I’m really thankful for their outstanding customer service and commitment to quality. Just like everyone else says, these taste great. I buy the apple kiwi, I haven’t tried another flavor but everyone in my house loves these. No, they don’t have a gooey gushers type center. I don’t know why they make it look like that. My oldest has dealt with some anxiety and sleeplessness, and making sure he gets magnesium everyday has been a game changer. Even he notices it! Even my 4 year old sleeps better through the night. If you or your kids have anxiety and sleeplessness, this is your answer.And yes the dosage does seem like a lot just looking at the package, but I promise it’s not too much. It explains it a little better on the packaging than it does in the photos here. My 4 year old takes one of those daily and my 12 year old takes two. My husband and I even love them. Taking magnesium has helped my own sleep. I’ve struggled with waking up in the middle of the night and having trouble falling asleep, but not anymore. Everyone should be on magnesium (you do not get enough in your food, it’s impossible. Our soil is depleted) and these make it delicious and easy! Best sleep of your life! Might seem a little expensive but I’ll pay this any day over pharmaceuticals for sleep or anxiety.BUY THEM! You’ll notice a difference after about a week or so of consistent use. Can’t hurt to try, right?? Forget the melatonin. Stop taking it and giving it to your kids. Switch to magnesium!!

New packaging and formula?
We ordered the 120 count after the new restock. I’m not sure what happened, but the new gummies were stickier than before (when I opened the new container, a bunch of them were stuck together). At my children’s admission, this package was not as “yummy.” I tried one myself and found they did taste different, and the texture was less dense. Not optimal. The new packaging lid does not stay on, so it does not seal for freshness. I had to put the rest of the gummies in another container just so it sealed better. I hate to leave a less-than-optimal review, but my kids and I are not to keen on the changes. I’m hoping my recent experience was a fluke, given that the other three previous bottles were amazing!
