I keep this thing with me everywhere. I kind of use it for stress but also it has been great for strengthening the muscles and grip in my weak hand. Helps me when i workout. I like the colors n the little quote. Its more squishy than firm. Fits palm size perfectly. I can just have it in my hand and forget about it. Helpful for me at least having ptsd.

Great for reliving stress
I work from home and tend to fidget a lot. I also get a lot of anxiety when I go out. I don’t really like silicone stress balls – the texture is really weird to me and they start to smell after a while but these are the best. They’re soft but aren’t slimy or sticky. I like how firm they are and have plenty of give but still bounce back into their original shape. I ended up buying another set for my friend too. I would definitely recommend these!

These balls are good but if only they were more squishy. They are a nice size and are very calming for me. My niece really enjoys them as well. She takes them when she gets to my place and starts playing with them
