Mixed feelings
This is supposed to be really good for you. When used as a bath soak i had to get past the idea that my water was dirty vs it being a clay soak. When used as oral digestive cleanse it was easy to drink, not much taste. It can be messy once you open the lid so be slow when opening.

I ordered this to make a tooth powder for brushing. I like that it’s pharmaceutical grade bentonite clay vs any other grade since I’m brushing with the ingredient among others. It’s a lite gray color and packaged in a plastic container with a screw top. I don’t know the different in calcium bentonite clay and sodium bentonite clay or others.Anyways, my teeth are cleaner and whiter than before I used this as the primary ingredient in my tooth powder.

I actually really like this product and I’ve been using it for detox, not only my face but also my body in general. I like to make a paste with apple cider vinegar equal parts and I’m bought a special little Bowl on Amazon along with the utensils to mix but you don’t necessarily need that.Anyways I mix up the paste and put it on my face. I also like to put it on my armpits and feet as those are the best places to detox from. Yes you may have some blemishes for the first few uses as your body is detoxing it’s normal to get a small amount of breakouts but then after that your skin will look really good
